Im glad they have this location close to my home and I can grab it on my way to work. The staff are always nice greeted with smiles and small morning conversations. “I have been to a lot of DD. This one is by far the best. They never get my drink wrong. One time they did, the owner remade it 4 times!!! I told him its fine. He insisted. My girl in the drive thru knows everyone's order by heart! This place might be a DD but its more like an old fashion coffee shop that cares about the customer. I enjoy seeing them! They always fix their mistakes. Its not that they never make them. They do it and smile and so sweet.“

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“

“I just left the drive thru, and boy was I surprised. You see this location doesn't have a good rating, so I didn't set my expectations high. But, just like every other time I visited this location the ratings do not match the service and quality. The person taking my order was very pleasant. Once I pulled forward the window person took my money with a smile, and told me my food would be ready in a minute. Then, the person which originally took my order handed me my bag. Now my wraps were a special request, which most locations get it wrong and put them in the same sleeve to which they stick together and almost never come in a proper bag. But, not here. They were individually wrapped and placed in a bag. Thank you so much this was the best experience yet at a Dunkin.“

“I love their frozen frappes, lattes and iced coffee are really good, their mini donuts and the egg and cheese wake up wraps. I will say the egg and cheese wake up wraps are really small for the price and overall their prices have gone up, but I still think they’re better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is ok not necessarily the best spot especially since this location gets pretty busy. There’s not much space for the drive-through.“
