“We ate here last night, we had the best food and the best waiter! It was a treat all around!”

“Administrative details - While you usually must make a reservation a year in advance (which I did), there are a very few earlier spots available on their website. In addition, if you are on the email list, they send the occasional last-minute availability. Talula’s is BYOB. The price was $125 and with all the other things, taxes, gratuities, it came to $160. The Nook Table is available for 6-8 diners and the Farm Table is for larger parties. Website link is below. Everything is presented in “tasting” small portions. In addition to the menu, they provided a couple of additional offerings. I did not do a good job of capturing the delightful descriptions of the food provided by our server. (The next time I go, I will video the descriptions if they allow.) The group did a great job of bringing wine which was beautifully poured in appropriate glassware by our server. The server also paired the wine with the offerings for us! The service was exceptional without being pretentious. After each tasting, plates, utensils and glasses were cleared and refurbished so discreetly that you hardly noticed. The menu changes with the “farm to table” availability. My favorite was a squash tarte. [I was delighted to find that I did not like the foie gras. It is “made” in a most inhumane and horrible way. This is the only time I have eaten it and I will never eat it again.] I was sorry to find that by the Black Garlic Beef Ribeye (#6 on the list), I was getting to the point of “too much food.” The only downsides were “too much food” for most of us and the wines they suggested for the pairings were hard/impossible to find. I personally did not like the varieties of wines they suggested for pairings. The rest of the party enjoyed the comparable wines they were able to find and allowed the server to pair with the tastings. I will be making a reservation for next year very soon. I have already made a reservation for the “sister” Talula’s Garden in Philly for September.”

“Wow, wow, wow! Wow for the cheesesteak! Fresh chunks of meat, mushrooms, and onions! Wow for the gluten free pizza! Loved the flavor and crispy crust and great fresh cheese! Wow for the price! It was amazing for the wonderful food! I only wish they would list price on the menu! You will still enjoy every bite!”

“first time eating their pizza. I am always looking for a good quality pizza in the area (southern pa, Maryland, Delaware) and have not found many. Mezzaluna did not disappoint. The Detroit style was fantastic as was the New York Style pizza. Highly recommend. Will be back soon!!!”

“Stopped in this place with my son on the way home from an errand. I didn't know about it (I grew up around there, but hadn't been back in years). Ice cream was delicious! Rich, smooth, velvety, sweet and creamy. Will definitely be back.”

“I have enjoyed many products from Taste of Puebla over the years as they come to my local farmers market. Recently I tried 2 new products - the jalapeño poppers and the queso. Both are quite tasty. The poppers fried up well and are full of flavor. The queso is creamy and not too salty. it's great as a dip or on nachos. I highly recommend both!”

The hamburger sold without any vegetables, only a piece of bread and beef.
But there are lots of choice you can make. Soup cookies and tuna bowel.”

“Came here after visiting Longwood Gardens! Ordered the ultimate trio with fried pickle fries, chicken quesadilla, and mozzarella sticks and parmesan chicken fettuccini. Highly recommend the ultimate trio. Fettuccini sauce tasted a bit bitter but the chicken was great quality. Had great, timely service even late at night.”

“My husband and I are frequent customers and rave about Sam’s to everyone who comes to visit us. I love the Italian Special. My favorite part about their subs is how their light and fluffy rolls really let the quality of the ingredients shine. This also means the sub isn’t overly filling as a single serving, and you don’t have to chew forever. The staff are a hoot and the old school feel gives me such nostalgia.”

“I feel like the food isn't quite as tasty as it used to be at least for takeout - my old favorites were the beef or shrimp panang and red curries, and the rangoons are still great but I think you get less now. My friends loved the pineapple fried rice and yellow curry (pineapple)! Good portions and reasonable prices otherwise.”

The food was delicious, just as we remembered, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Fox’s is a fantastic place to enjoy a great meal, and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!”

“Creekside is my go-to for a quick, hearty and yummy breakfast. I love their sausage patties and the fact that the have gluten free options besides just sandwich bread -- typically gluten free english muffins and other muffins. The service is always friendly and prompt.”

“After visiting Longwood Gardens, we stopped at Floga Bistro and I’m so glad we did! I have celiac disease, so finding a truly satisfying gluten-free Italian meal can be difficult. I ordered the Rustico with chicken and gluten-free pasta and it was absolutely amazing. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a dish like that which tasted so good.

One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful service. When bread was brought out for the table, they brought me my own toasted gluten-free roll. That small gesture meant a lot. Usually I just sit there watching everyone else enjoy bread and olive oil, but this time I got to join in (I skipped the olive oil and used butter). It made the experience feel much more inclusive.

“We just had our welcome party for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Meghan, Jordan and Ashley were very easy to reach. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful as well as accommodating. The evening of the event went without any issues.The only change is I would have brought some zip locks for the kids to be able to take the extra cookies and brownies home as a sweet treat that was delicious. That is on me, not them. Wonderful place to have an event that you do not have to worry about anything on that night. They were extremely attentive and flexible the entire evening. “The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.”

“Big shoutout to Giordano’s!! My husband and I had a small courthouse wedding and had about 15 people come to dinner afterwards in one of the private rooms. We were promptly greeted and the manager came in to greet us as well and gave my 2 year old nephew a giant cookie to keep him occupied while we got settled in. All of the staff was very helpful and attentive. They made sure to meet all of our needs and double check that there was no alcohol in one of the entrees sauces and even had it remade to make sure for us. The bartender came over and helped us wrap up our leftover cake so we could save it for our one year anniversary as well. All around a wonderful experience. I haven’t been since before renovations when I worked there and was impressed with all of the updates. It is more modern but still comfortable and the food is absolutely wonderful! As a large group, we ordered quite the variety of entree’s and they were all wonderful! Thank you Gios for a wonderful day my husband and I will never forget!”

“I don't eat fast food much. If I do I will try to find Arby's. Good variety and you just can't beat the classic roast beef I started eating in the 70s.”
