“I’ve only ever come here twice and have had good experiences both times. In the morning/early afternoon it’s usually not too busy so that’s really the best time to go and in the late afternoon and early evening that’s when they get pretty busy. And they also close pretty early too which kind of sucks, they’re usually the first ones to be closed in the food court area.“

I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. “Service is good just a little slow and I mean a LITTLE. Atmosphere is ok...like any other store you have to have for your food at. It's definitely clean inside. As far as the food...not a HUGE fan of the fried wings but the breaded hot wings are FIRE! And I also have become addicted to the well done chicken and rice with the salad. “Had a very good experience, Staff really thoughtful and kind. Also there were some seniors, kids, and a person with disabilities there and the staff were extremely considerate of everyone. This Chik Fil A atmosphere really stood out to me as kind.“

“Had low expectations due to some reviews and the place not looking like they serve food. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, I had the Brussel sprout salad, Mac and chat, and side of brussel sprouts. Everything was very good and will be back again to try more items on the menu.“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“Outstanding experience! This chik fila team was incredibly friendly, and efficient during our visit. Anyone complaining about them not having a drive through - They dont need one, the most efficient staff I have seen in a very long time!

We want to give a shout out to 2 employees in particular who went above an beyond their line of work.

The first is Gael, while Gael was mopping the floors he came over to ask us if we needed anything and how we were enjoying our food. He then proceeded to find a screw under one a table, and instead of sweeping it away (which I would of done, since it was 930 at night) he finished mopping the floors. Then proceeded to go back and check all the tables/ chairs in the area. Until he found the chair that required the screw. He then went and found a screwdriver and fix that chair, then he went around tightening the other chair and table screws in the area. Again this was 9:30 at night.

We then complimented him on his diligence. He was extremely appreciative, he asked if we wanted a little cup of ice cream to go. When we left he was ready by the enterence to wish us a goodbye and hold the door for us. We were speechless

This kid has one of the greatest customer service skills, I have ever seen in my life. While also completing all of his tasks efficently and professionally. Absolutely tremendous!

That brings me to the next employee that we would like to spotlight Marisol

When we called the store today to tell about our amazing experience with Gael. Marisol, one of the managers of this amazing establishment, picked up the phone and wanted to hear all about how amazing Gael was doing! First, she knew him by name, even though she probably has 40 to 60 employees under her. She knew his background and how great he was already doing. And she was extremely excited to tell me about how they handle customer appreciation on their team. Including free desserts, nice cards from the team, and an overall appreciation of their hard work. Which I love to see!

Personally, I love that management style, that rewards people for doing great work and gives them opportunities to learn and grow. From my small conversation with Marisol that is her management style. And I think the world needs more of that.

Even though we only had the pleasure of interacting with very few staff! We can tell that this chick fil a has amazing employees and an amazing management team leading the way and acting as fantastic role models.“

“I can not recommend this chicken enough. I had been carefully plotting where I was going to eat my lunch on Monday 5/12 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had heard Krispy Krunchy was good - but I didn't know it was this good. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The roll - warm, flavorful existed in perfect symbiosis with the breading on the chicken - which reminded me of my grandmother's southern fried chicken, each little twist of breading an explosion of flavor and spice. Inside, the chicken tasted like it had just been shot this morning, clearly fresh and not frozen. And the buffalo sauce -tangy and hot, and certainly better than Popeye's. The gem was something else though - the honey butter biscuit which coexisted in unison with the perfect sandwich and fresh french fries. A tip: dip the biscuit in the honey mustard - which is the best honey mustard I've ever had. This was such a good lunch that I'm considering coming back tomorrow. And the next day. Whether you're a hungry Villanova student, or a family of five, I can not recommend this enough.“
