We were greeted warmly upon entering and then comfortably catered to as we navigated the menu. Without any pressure or rush, suggestions were made where appropriate and the charcoal rotisserie process explained with obvious passion. The chicken was outstanding: the flavor, the texture, the juiciness! The sauce that comes with the chicken was such a pleasant surprise and the extra diablo sauce we added was the perfect amount of creamy heat. All of the sides were fantastic in portion, quality, preparation, flavor, and even the packaging! We will definitely be back and will recommend to our family and friends!“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“I ordered because I was close and felt my sugar dropping so I needed something quick. I didn’t realize it was located in a gas station, but what a pleasant surprise! 😳

This is comfort food by definition, even better that it’s portioned well, reasonably priced, and served quickly. Delicious! 😋 I recommend the sandwich, fries, and chocolate smoothie. I would frequent Nanu’s if I were local.“

“I wanted to recognize the manager at Chick-fil-A Horsham for the way he handled an issue with my mobile order. Some of the items I specifically ordered were missing from my bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I had already reached my destination.

When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he listened to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and most importantly, made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes makes all the difference. When you place a mobile order with specific items, you trust that everything you ordered will be in the bag when you leave.

The way the manager handled this situation is exactly why I will continue coming back to the Horsham location. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort he made to make things right.“

“Love love love their boneless chicken order and chicken meal and six piece of their boneless wings soy garlic sauce. I got in my car checked everything I began to taste their boneless chicken I was surprised that it had slices of the good pickles in their never had it like that so good that I couldn't pull off I sat there and went back and order the superbowl special which was a 1lb bucket i was so happy I did. My mom loves them and so did I. Now I need pickles with my boneless chicken from now on. Please included more pickles especially if your getting a pound of a small order to accommodate the pieces that would be awesome! I will be back“

“Stopped in after a friend suggested the food. We'll they did not disappoint at all!!!! The service was amazing, betweenthe staff and the food was even better! “Ok, I have to admit, I prefer a drive thru, although this location doesn't have it everything else was on point. I'd seen a special at another location for a complete meal w/shrimp, chicken strips, 1 side, 1 biscuit & drink for like $10. The other location Said it was over, but luckily for me at the Champlost location it was still available. GREAT deal I might add. My food was hot & fresh, biscuits (I ordered 1 extra) were on point, they gave me my correct sauces with napkins & utensils to eat with, 😊there was ice in the soda machine & my drink of choice Vanilla Dr Pepper was available AND it wasn't flat. (Do you hear me?) The Popeye Gods were all aligned, can't beat that. Not to mention I was greeted with a welcome to Popeyes, I was there start to finish for about 5-7 minutes, there was 1 or 2 people who ordered ahead of me. It was a good day. Lastly, no 1 up front had on bonnets & they all had on some sort of Popeyes uniform. 🙌🏾👏🏾👍🏾😊“
