“This was the cutest little shop that I came across. Went to check out the King of Prussia mall 10/11/25 and I happened upon this store. AT first it looked like it was an ice cream parlor because of the ice cream cones in the window of the store. But I wanted to check it out and lo and behold, it was a gelato and chocolate shop. It reminded me of when I visit Europe and I am shopping for treats for my colleagues. It was cute, clean and the one of the sales person/cashier was very knowledgeable out the products. She was very patient and took her time with me and even gave me a taste of a couple of the chocolates. The packaging on some of the items were very cute. I spent over $100 on treats for my colleagues. Excessive right? LOL! It was worth it and it made my trip to the mall much more rewarding. Thanks to the young lady who helped me. Very petite, Asian, maybe she was a college student who helped me. Really appreciate it.“

“My mother has been talking about going for a Dairy Queen for months. She loves them and I have loved them since my very first little Dairy Queen cone at age two and now the tradition has been passed on to my little girl who had her first Dairy Queen at age 2.
I received exceptional customer service when the store was very busy and I had an unusual question:
My mother has been under the weather for a few days and so, I thought it would cheer her up, since she's been craving a Dairy Queen for - as I said - several months now, if I brought her home one. My drive home was going to be well over 30 minutes (Even up to an hour) because it was rush hour and I headed home from a very commercial area of the Philadelphia suburbs. When I asked about how Dairy Queen would recover if it melted during my long drive home and I put it back in the freezer, I was not given an answer. Rather, the woman who was dispensing wonderful Dairy Queen goodness into a cup for my order took it upon herself to create a virtual mini freezer for my to-go cup. She put the cup with the Dairy Queen itself into a much larger container that she filled with ice. She then put the Dairy Queen in the ice bath into one of the boxes they serve sandwiches out of and that box went into a bag.
Ingenious! Not only did the Dairy Queen arrive home, after over an hour in the car with me, it was perfect as it was when I left the Dairy Queen restaurant itself. And thank you so much, King of Prussia Dairy Queen employee, for caring about making sure my mother got a perfect Dairy Queen when you were busy with a lot of customers. Such personal investment in customers is a rare thing in this post COVID world. The experience I have just described in detail truly warmed my heart.
(PS - maybe Dairy Queen contains healing properties, or maybe it was the extra TLC in the particular cup of Dairy Queen my mother enjoyed, but the very next morning she was feeling 100% better).“

“They have so many ice cream flavors and popsicles. The ice cream taste fresh and the interior of the store is so cute. They have plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy your sweet treats. They also sell latino candies and pints of ice cream to go home. When ever I am at the elmwood zoom I will be coming here for ice cream.

“Today, we tried Frosty Falls for Lunch! I got spicy sausage with pepper and onion and my little one got meatball sub. The food was great, those toast warm rolls amazing! We will definitely be having lunch at (we call it ice cream house) Frosty Falls again! We have ALWAYS love the ice cream!“

“Saw the roadside sign about new ice cream cakes and decided to order one. This is the type with just ice cream but you get to customize the mix or vanilla/chocolate, the sauce and candy crunch filling, and the sprinkles. The only thing they don’t do is write on the cake. It is a bit pricey but it is huge. The fudge wasn’t quite all the way through but it was very good. Service was also excellent - when the cake needed more time to freeze, they offered to deliver it if I wanted, discounted the cake, and gave me a coupon.

They now take credit cards but impose a fee. Debit cards aren’t charged but it isn’t clear on the signage or the screen, only once you get a receipt is the surcharge not there.“

“I've been to Italy multiple times and this is the closest to authentic Gelato that I have had in the area. Besides the gelato being fantastic, they also have great customer service. I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was accidentally sent to their West Chester location. It was an honest mistake that was remedied personally by their owner, Vincenzo. It was a Sunday evening and he left his house right away to deliver the cake personally. I was very impressed by his initiative and willingness to make sure my wife's birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Also, the cake was delicious!“
