“It was my first time eating at Osaka Hibachi and I was very pleased with both the meal and service.
I ordered the chicken and salmon hibachi and both meats were tender.
The vegetables were cooked perfectly.
The rice was also cooked well.
My only con was the teriyaki/ hibachi sauce was a tad bit salty. Other than that- great experience and you get a lot of food!“

“I've only ever gotten take out here, but the ramen is always so good. I think the best I have had in the city so far. They package to go orders very well, which is great. The sushi boats are also very very good. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good ramen spot in the city.“

“Location was terrible :( im not from the area so i was very lost and having trouble finding this place. You have to take the elevator down to the concourse at the subway. “I like their poke, it's my usual, and I would like to try their other items eventually. Their bulgogi is not my favorite as I find it blander and drier than what I like. I find that their website is not easy to use and their customer service is not great. They seem to argue or get easily frustrated. I like to get their lunch deal but it hasn't worked multiple times and they don't seem to like to honor the deal when I can't get it to work - they begrudgingly do. I'm not sure if the issue is because I have an iphone and use safari.

While waiting for my food today- I saw 3 other set of customers come in. The first came to pick up food and it sounded like one of the shop owners(?) (the woman) was rude to someone picking up telling them that they should come on time - they they've been waiting 15 minutes. The next person asked if they could drink their boba inside (they had other food with them) and they said no because there is no outside food. I understand the rule, but it seems odd to me when I've never seen the place anywhere near full. This is just my opinion, but I think having people visible in the place would be good for business. I don't think I've ever seen more than 4 people inside. I'd like them to stay in business and remain in the neighborhood but I'm uneasy about how it's not really a pleasant place to wait for my food in. I wish they would be more open and prioritize more positive experiences.“

“I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and we both really enjoyed it! We had the 12-course omakase for $68, which is a great deal compared to other spots in Philly. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The chef was friendly, though he spoke very little English, which made communication a bit challenging. The whole experience lasted about an hour.

It’s no longer BYOB, but they do offer a variety of drinks. We tried the fruity sake flight, and it was a great choice—different flavors to sample, and it paired perfectly with the sushi. “My family and I had an incredible dining experience tonight at Umai. We had a special, Kinmedai aka Golden Eye Snapper that was so fresh and tasty, out of this world good! We also had a treat with broiled tuna cheek that was also outstanding. Otoro was so velvety and rich, spicy hotate, sweet ebi, unagi, fried crabs, incredible sushi rolls, savory Akadashi (my son ordered a second it was so good) and everything else we ordered tonight was just incredible. “We had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did. It's a cute little place, the service is very good, and the food is good, but the portions are very small for the most part. I ordered a miso soup, a seaweed salad, a tuna roll, a salmon roll, and a mochi ice cream and I still was not very full afterwards. You get just a little bit of seaweed salad for $5.95. The rolls are tiny. You get one small mochi cut in half for $2.50. I might order a set dinner next time or more likely go somewhere else where I can get more food for my money.“

“I have been coming to Nagomi pretty frequently for about a year now and I really enjoy it. The staff is very kind and attentive. I love their rolls very much. I think the portions are good and the flavors of their speciality rolls work well together. I also enjoy their kitchen items and their miso soup is always delicious. “My daughter said that she was looking to have sushi for lunch today, so we decided to give Herosame in Ardmore a try. Wow, this is one of the best sushi meals we've had in the Philly area and definitely on the Main Line. I called in our takeout order and the server who took our order was very friendly and polite as was the server who brought us our order while we waited in the vestibule. We ordered the Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box and the Lunch Triple Roll Combo. Wow! I thought they had accidentally give us another person's order as the bags were quite heavy. Both lunch specials could easily be split over two meals or at least a meal and a leftovers snack. The Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box included a small house salad, a pint of Miso Soup, 2 Shumai, a California Roll, 6 large Teriyaki Shrimp and a pint of steamed white rice. The salad was a crisp and refreshing spring mix with thinly shredded carrots and a halved grape tomato with a delicious dressing. The Miso soup was very rich and tasty. The Shumai were delicious with a nice crisp exterior, but soft, tender and enjoyable meat inside. The California Roll was huge and stuffed with super fresh crab stick and vegetables topped off with tobiko. The Teriyaki Shrimp were just a hair overcooked, but still delicious. The Three Roll Lunch Combo featured a choice of three rolls from a list of twenty different rolls so my daughter picked the Shrimp Avocado Roll, Tempura Roll and Philly Roll. All three rolls, just like my Bento Box's California Roll were huge with the Shrimp Tempura Rolls being gigantic. One piece of the tempura roll was at least twice the size of other sushi rolls I've had. Each roll was stuffed with the traditional meats and veggie fillings. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Herosame will definitely be on our family's list for future Japanese lunches and dinners!“

“Favorite sushi place! We came from out of state because we love this restaurant so much. We've come many times, usually dine-in but also once to go. The sushi is very fresh and tasty, and reasonably priced. We especially enjoy the sweetheart roll, Godzilla roll, rose roll, and new rainbow roll! Pleasant staff and lovely atmosphere, as well. Can't recommend enough!

“Tokyo Sushi offers affordable and delicious items and is conveniently located in the Concourse of the Comcast Center. They have a wide range of Japanese food/drinks (many of which were prepackaged but still hot/appealing), as well as oatmilk matcha :) will definitely return!“

“The variety of food and service at Poke It Up was very good. Honestly wish I'd tried it sooner! There are different varieties of poke bowls to select from or you can make your own. The fish was very fresh and came with a healthy portion of rice. The veggies and sauce complimented the meal and the serving size (for me) was quite large so easily came for two meals. Definitely recommend!“

“The ramen here is so flavorful. The buns are to die for! The service is good too. During our first weekend visit a few months ago, we had the best waitress. My wife eats gluten free and she spared no effort to make sure we were accommodated. It’s rare seeing such an enthusiastic server. We cannot recall her name, but she was the pretty young lady with the big glasses and glitter. We’ve had other servers since, and they weren’t bad at all. Food good, service great. Will definitely visit again when we are back in the city.“
