“Fabulous find. Great authentic food - made to order. It's not fast food, so be patient. The beet soup (borscht) with mushroom dumplings was great. Lech, the owner can out and spoke with us for a bit. Was there in September and will be back again soon. Not to be missed in Greentown / Ledgedale / Lake Wallenpaupack area just a few min off I 84.”

I also love her gluten free baked goods. As a celiac I truly appreciate when someone makes the effort to have a yummy treat available with my coffee. “It was our first time here, at first we were a bit skeptical, we were greeted by a young lady who immediately had us seated. Our server was Jason, he was absolutely great, very engaging, the food was amazing. Everything came out nice and hot. First time ever out of so many restaurants we’ve been too, I can say we had an amazing experience. And will definitely visit again.”

The pho lacks the characteristic flavors; there is no hoisin sauce, lemon, basil or mint leaves. Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews, we all decided to order pho. “AJ’s is the best place to go to have a great time and enjoy yourself. The bar staff is outstanding and extremely friendly. They works very hard running around all night during events serving drinks and food. Danny, one of the owner’s, is very accommodating to everyone. I like the fact that Danny joins in with all of his customers right on the dance floor then makes the dash to clean the tables off and make sure everybody has what they need. We’ve eaten there many times and the food is always great. Outstanding kitchen! I highly recommend going to a place that is fun to be at to have a good time. The bands that Danny gets are absolutely fantastic and top-notch. Give AJ’s a try for yourself. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.”

We each wound up getting something to take home, and Casey was so kind to let us try the garlic chocolate chip cookies, which were really delicious!
