“I find Popeyes to be one of the more pleasant fast food restaurants in general. This particular location, Manheim Pike in Lancaster, PA is exceptional in regards to service, politeness and a great experience in general. I order online and pickup through the drive thru pretty regularly and everyone is always very nice and helpful. My order has never been wrong which I can't say for any other fast food restaurants I have visited. Thank you for being exceptional!“

“This place is a hidden gem, the bad reviews saying chicken is salty must not like salt because there is not a “extreme” amount of salt. Chicken was best in town I’ve had Popeyes chick fla kfc and this place beats it. The value you get with a family meal will have you eating for the next 2 days. Yes it’s a corner of a gas station I was skeptical to but after seeing it in person it’s great gas station sells everything and store is super clean and the people working are super nice. This place is a 10/10 will eat there again“

“Food was excellent the employees that took care of us were phenomenal I was surprised with how empty the restaurant was but we had a great family dinner and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the restaurant while we were there very good overall experience“

“Went through the drive thru and when I saw the line, I figured it would take a while. However, they had multiple workers outside in the rain taking orders and once ordered, they came back out and delivered my food as I was in line so you don't have to wait until you get to the window. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was super impressive. They were really on it during lunch hour and made sure to keep the line moving which was great. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I can appreciate when a business is working hard like that!“
