McDonald's in Lancaster

“This McDonald's has excellent food but they need more staff!! Eastport teenagers running around getting people's orders everywhere. It's unfortunate it's the only McDonald's in Lebanon PA . I FEEL BAD FOR THEM !! I WAITED 45MIN. FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS N STILL GOT ORDER WRONG:CAME HOME WITH ONLY1 BURRITO N CHARGED FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS!! ❤️LOVE MICKEY D'S!!!

“I usually go to a different Mickey D’s location but today I was in the area and decided to give it a go. I was very pleased with my order and whoever made my coffees knew how to and likely drank coffee too. It’s terrible when someone who doesn’t drink coffee tries to make a coffee usually it’s gross! My sausage egg McMuffin meal was terrific(my go to) and my boyfriend had the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal he said it was delish!“

“Pretty OK McDonald's - just like all the others. Food was served up very fast (used the self serve kiosks) although it wasn't very busy. Good location next to Route 30 and a large shopping plaza. Overall a consistent experience which is what it is all about“

“Food is always hot and fresh here for me. The employees are very kind and professional. The atmosphere is fine with that of nearly any other mcdonalds in the nation right now. However, a little more cleanliness around the eating areas and bathrooms would be appreciated!“

“Very nice staff and food is always delicious. Their soda machine is … very difficult to use.. have to be aggressive with it to get some Dr Pepper, however sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do for a pepper

Parking: Nice sized parking lot, however I wouldn’t recommend parking on the side closest to the door as then you’ll be trapped in by the people using the drive thru!“

“Did a pick up order for my kids, chicken nuggets. They were nice and hot. Got all our sauces too. I always forget his name, but I believe he’s a manager. Will.. I think (im horrible with names) he brought us our food and he is just amazing. Super friendly, and in general a great guy. Always happy to see him.“

“Personally i think this McDonald's is great. Out of the 3 years I've lived in LancasterPA I only had one problem EVER and it wasnt even a biggie. I asked for no pickles and they slapped 4 lol but when I mentioned it the manager not only corrected the issue but was very professional about it. Btw I went almost on the daily basis because it was my biggest cravings during my pregnancies. Keep up the good work!!!!!“

“As a worker here I get compliments and told daily how people choose this location over any in the area because the service is on point. We strive to make everyone happy, welcome and wanted.
Sadly there are no Veggies or Vegetarian options at this location The Covid quarantine took that away.
I'm not a vegetarian but I enjoyed the Veggie Wrap the most.
What I eat the most for breakfast is the Stake Egg and Cheese McMuffin add breakfast Sauce, with a hashbrown and Honey mustard for dipping all with a a glass of water and lemon. For lunch, it's the McChicken add Tomatoes, Bacon, and BBQ. Or it's the Daily Double add Bacon and BBQ sauce, both with a small fries and Honeymustard for dipping. Yelp you guessed it with a glass of water and lemon.“

“Depending on the time that you arrive, you might have to deal with students from the local high school, which is right across the street. Regrettably, they can be loud and obnoxious, which detracts from the environment during school hours.“

“We had a last min change with a vendor providing breakfast. Had to find a quick solution. Stopped in and ordered 30 breakfast sandwiches unannounced. The team working stepped up and had me out the door in under 10 min. Phenomenal teamwork & service with a smile“
