McDonald's in Lancaster

“I usually go to a different Mickey D’s location but today I was in the area and decided to give it a go. I was very pleased with my order and whoever made my coffees knew how to and likely drank coffee too. It’s terrible when someone who doesn’t drink coffee tries to make a coffee usually it’s gross! My sausage egg McMuffin meal was terrific(my go to) and my boyfriend had the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal he said it was delish!“

“Really miss the soft bench seat but the renovations to the dinning area look great. I eat and do door dashing on the side and I come here Alot. The orders are prepared fairly fast and are usually correct just depends on how busy they get. Like any restaurant when overwhelmed small thing can be missed but they are always quickly quickly to fixed and correct the orders. Staff are kind and on point to their customers.“

“This McDonald's has excellent food but they need more staff!! Eastport teenagers running around getting people's orders everywhere. It's unfortunate it's the only McDonald's in Lebanon PA . I FEEL BAD FOR THEM !! I WAITED 45MIN. FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS N STILL GOT ORDER WRONG:CAME HOME WITH ONLY1 BURRITO N CHARGED FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS!! ❤️LOVE MICKEY D'S!!!

“Did a pick up order for my kids, chicken nuggets. They were nice and hot. Got all our sauces too. I always forget his name, but I believe he’s a manager. Will.. I think (im horrible with names) he brought us our food and he is just amazing. Super friendly, and in general a great guy. Always happy to see him.“

“Our order was made wrong. We drove home and had to drive back. The lady at the window tried to recharge us for the meal instead of just fixing the mistake but the kind manager Analies(hope I got her name correct. She’s very pretty you can’t miss her) stepped in a corrected the entire order with out charging extra. That is great Manager skills and how things should be handled with an upset customer. Thank you 😊“

“They are SO FAST AND JAMIE JUST GETS IT ALL DONE WITH A COURTEOUS SMILE!! Clean, accommodating and exactly what a McDonald's location should be.. EASY. SIMPLE. FAST.GOOD FOOD. Highly recommend!!

“Personally i think this McDonald's is great. Out of the 3 years I've lived in LancasterPA I only had one problem EVER and it wasnt even a biggie. I asked for no pickles and they slapped 4 lol but when I mentioned it the manager not only corrected the issue but was very professional about it. Btw I went almost on the daily basis because it was my biggest cravings during my pregnancies. Keep up the good work!!!!!“

“Very nice staff and food is always delicious. Their soda machine is … very difficult to use.. have to be aggressive with it to get some Dr Pepper, however sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do for a pepper

Parking: Nice sized parking lot, however I wouldn’t recommend parking on the side closest to the door as then you’ll be trapped in by the people using the drive thru!“

“i recently came here to grab one of the Lil McDonalds toys for my pet millipede, and he loves it! i wanna say a big thank you to the person who helped me that day, even if it was a silly request 😋 i have been coming to this location for years now and ive had very few negative experiences, and the staff are often friendly and accomodating!!!“
