Starbucks in Lancaster

“Used the drive through, and my kid had to pee before we could pay. I pulled around, we went to the bathroom and they let us pick our order inside no problem. I also added some items and the staff were awesome and helpful. They should all get raises.“

“My Girlfriend recently lost her promise rings here in the bathroom. We didn't notice till we got home and of course they were closed, i called the next day and they said they kept them and that i could pick up any day and time. Amazing Service and great hospitality!“

“Great location, but just can be a bit busy!! We've come here multiple times and it's a convenient spot right at the mall. The quality of the food and drinks are just like the others - very good and delicious. Service is good as well.The main complaint is that it can be a bit busy and it's small inside. The last time we went, there was one cashier and we waited in line about 5 minutes before ordering. But despite this, it's a nice location overall!

Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian, and many of the food items are.

Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oak milk I think

Parking: There's a large parking lot at the mall. It can get busy but hopefully you'll find a spot even if it's farther away.

“This is our local Starbucks and we are here at least twice a week. The service is outstanding and the drinks are always the best here. The employees are so friendly and thoughtful and it's always a great experience coming here. One star for atmosphere because whoever came through within the past week (2nd week of January 2025) and cleared out their decor really ruined the atmosphere. We went yesterday and thought they were closing because it's so sterile and barren in there now.“

“I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall experience 8/10“

“I order coffee from this Starbucks everyday. I have seen the staff get through some pretty crazy rushes! Even under pressure and stress, my coffee is always a 10/10! As well is the service! Coffee is just the thing I need to get my day started and I can always tell that it’s made with love <33!“

“It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.“
