“Used the drive through, and my kid had to pee before we could pay. I pulled around, we went to the bathroom and they let us pick our order inside no problem. I also added some items and the staff were awesome and helpful. They should all get raises.“

“Makaela is an absolute star at Starbucks. I came in for a matcha and left wondering if I should start a fan club in her honor. She not only made my drink perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness but also managed to make the whole interaction genuinely enjoyable. Makaela has that rare mix of speed, friendliness, and humor that makes you feel like you’re not just grabbing a drink but actually starting your day on the right note. When she handed me my matcha it felt less like a beverage and more like a carefully wrapped gift. If Starbucks ever needs an example of the perfect employee they should just point to Makaela and take notes. Honestly, if she ever left this location, I’d probably follow her just to keep getting my matcha the way only she can make it.“

“I work nearby and have gone to the Starbucks several times and the baristas are so extremely friendly…every time! What a great bunch of folks. I hope Starbucks realizes how lucky they are and pays them a living wage with good benefits! <3“

“Great location, but just can be a bit busy!! We've come here multiple times and it's a convenient spot right at the mall. The quality of the food and drinks are just like the others - very good and delicious. Service is good as well.The main complaint is that it can be a bit busy and it's small inside. The last time we went, there was one cashier and we waited in line about 5 minutes before ordering. But despite this, it's a nice location overall!

Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian, and many of the food items are.

Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oak milk I think

Parking: There's a large parking lot at the mall. It can get busy but hopefully you'll find a spot even if it's farther away.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids overall

After night shift @ the hospital doing 12’s, I am exhausted. I then have to drive 40 minutes home to york so I always make sure to stop here and get a white chocolate mocha before getting on the highway, definitely a huge mood and energy booster. The staff is always super nice & puts cute stickers and messages on my cup! Always a returning customer🫶🏻“

“I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall experience 8/10“

“It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.“
