“Great location, but just can be a bit busy!! We've come here multiple times and it's a convenient spot right at the mall. The quality of the food and drinks are just like the others - very good and delicious. Service is good as well.The main complaint is that it can be a bit busy and it's small inside. The last time we went, there was one cashier and we waited in line about 5 minutes before ordering. But despite this, it's a nice location overall!

Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oak milk I think
Parking: There's a large parking lot at the mall. It can get busy but hopefully you'll find a spot even if it's farther away.

“I don't really like leaving online reviews but I really wanted to leave a review for this store. I am their normal customer and by normal, they see me every morning during the week before I head into work. On this particular day, I didn't have time to get coffee in the morning, so I went to get coffee during lunch hour. Today, I was already feeling an overwhelming sense of grief as I have lost my dog recently and today is just not going well as is. I got coffee first, and then stopped over to get shake shack's for my office, but the drinks spilled all over in my car when I got my order. I tried to hold it altogether, but as soon as I pulled back up to Starbucks to get my coffee again, I broke down. I tried to put my order in again, but I just couldn't stop crying. The manager and the staff were ALL so very kind and the manager even came outside and walked to my car to give me a hug. She didn't have to, but she did. And I needed that. They gave me my new coffee and the manager (I wish I knew her name...I think Jenn?) even came back out to help clean up the spill. Their kindness made my day. There are still good people out there. Thank you Starbucks staff for what you did for me today. You didn't have to, but you did it with grace and kindness and I truly appreciate it. That's why I keep coming back to you guys.“

“I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall experience 8/10“

“It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.“

“Used the drive through, and my kid had to pee before we could pay. I pulled around, we went to the bathroom and they let us pick our order inside no problem. I also added some items and the staff were awesome and helpful. They should all get raises.“
