“I brought my daughter as we recently moved to Kennett. The restaurant was very clean and the entire staff was so welcoming. The owner came over to make sure we were enjoying everything and couldn’t have been any nicer. The pizza is very good and my daughter loved the cheesesteak. They offer delivery as well which is convenient.“

“Excellent pizza! Didn't want to judge too quickly so decided to wait until we ordered again. This time, it was just as good and the service was just as helpful and friendly. I am gluten free, (not celiac) so we gave theirs a shot along with the regular ones we ordered. All I can say is WOW! I have tried so many places in the area hoping to find a GF crust that resembles 'real' pizza, and Stone Mill has figured it out! I asked if it was cauliflower crust or a blend, and the person answering the phone happily gave us the ingredients of what it is made from, without sounding annoyed at the time it took to explain. The crust is great, not pre-made and thankfully not cauliflower. It's not paper thin and came out well done with that charred look and wood fire taste like original crust has. But most importantly, it was delicious. It's not a tiny little 10" crust, or a personal size - it's the same size as all the others. (I was so excited when I saw it I dove right in without taking a picture!) The whole experience, from the politeness when ordering on the phone, to the finished products were great. It's amazing how many places make it sound like they are doing you the favor when they take an order. Great pizza and great service. This is the only place we will order from going forward.“

“We stop in once a week. Sometimes we eat there and sometimes we call and pick up. The atmosphere is fabulous. If we ever do have to wait for our food, it’s totally worth it. If my husband and I are together we sit and have wine while we wait. They are all very friendly! If we get take out, we always get extra so we can have leftovers, which are always delicious. We reheat the pizza in the toaster oven, it’s amazing. We also love the desserts there! It’s just a great spot and we love it! I’ve never once been disappointed with any of their service or food.“

“A nice little pizza shop, I’m happy to have found today at work. They serve a crisp thin crust pizza that isn’t too heavy on the sauce or cheese, and therefore not overly greasy as well. (I know pizza is subjective but that’s exactly how I like it). I thought it was delicious and will likely try a sandwich next time. I’d love to see a chicken ceasar wrap on the menu someday, but there’s plenty of options there now. Very friendly people, and fair prices too. It appears to be take-out only, but there’s a few outdoor tables for nice weather. Ample parking, order from the kiosk inside, credit accepted/cash appreciated. Highly recommended.“

“This place was soo great! We stopped in at 7:20 with 2 adults and 4 hungry kids...even though they cloae at 8, no one was angry or looking upset. We try not to go to places so close to closing, but we promised pizza and hot wings - and Liliana's definitely delivered!! We got a large meat lover's, 10 mild wings, and 10 spicy wings. The pizza and the wings were great and we felt like the place was really family friendly. Thank you!“

What made the experience even better was the incredible service. The staff were super nice and friendly, and the owner went above and beyond by offering me a free dessert after I mentioned I was visiting from Ottawa, Ontario and heading to Millsboro, Delaware. “Customer service alone is 5 stars. I ordered my pizza For Dine In. They delivered to my table. I looked at the pizza and didn’t like it but I said “it’s pizza. Just eat it”. And I couldn’t. I returned to the desk and said I wasn’t pleased. The pizza was over cooked. They immediately fixed me two larger cheesier slices and again delivered to my booth. I appreciate how they handled my dissatisfaction. Oh and the pizza was good! Slices so big I had to finish at home.“

“Enjoyed the lunch special of half a sandwich with soup. The Milanese Panini was quite flavorful with generous portions of chicken, vegetables, provolone, and pesto. It is a bit messy to hold and eat - have your napkin ready. The wedding soup was fine and came out piping hot. Service was great.“

Marinara was tasty & had some seasoning. Cheeseburger Sub was heavy, toasted which was fine but the lettuce was ehhhh… The hot items were piping hot!!! The food was done in under 10 mins, the counter guy was good & … this is the first pizza place that gave me napkins. The little things count!!!“
