Your breakfast sandwiches are the bomb! Finally, to the nice woman who was at the register, thank you for your patience with me. It meant more to me than you'll ever know.“

“A lot of people complain about long waits, which I'll admit does happen from time to time. What these people don't realize is that they are only given two batistas(typically) which is not enough. This is not due to scheduling issues it is because that is all they are allowed to have (I believe by GIANT). Most other starbucks locations have like 5 baristas working at one time.Be patient people!Anywho I frequent this shop and always have a good experience. Great coffee and staff is super friendly.“

“I order from this McDonald’s quite often and usually never have an issue. There was a mix up with my order and was told it was canceled but never got the email. I called and spoke to Wanda and she was super nice, understanding, and helpful. She replaced my order for me. Great customer service from her!!“

“This shop is a wonderful place to pop into while you are strolling the streets of Jim Thorpe. We came for the coffee and it did not disappoint! The espresso in my mocha was wonderfully balanced. The shop has plenty of seating although it does fill up quickly. I would recommend trying the mocha for a sweet caffeinated boost of energy.“

“We've been regulars since we moved here 10 years ago. If you arrive at prime time or on the wekends in the AM, there will be a wait. GET OVER IT! During the covid period when there was a labor shortage, the employees busied their butts. Good food and friendly service. When I received the wrong breakfast wrap, I called them and was told to remind them & I'll get a free wrap. I got a free wrap the next day. No problem! Also, love the senior discount.“

“The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I have had issues with one lady who works the morning shift she can be rude. But the mid days and night shift employees and managers are very friendly. Liz and Morgan are very helpful.“

“This really isn't a bad McDonalds but there is always some kind of small discrepancy. Examples include sometimes lack of friendliness, food being on the colder side of warm. Very rarely do I get a messed up order though, so props for that!

I have come to this McDonalds numerous times and I will most likely return again.
