The restaurant/distillery is a local gem and we are so lucky to have Crostwater in our community. “We went the other night and were not disappointed at the food or service. However the price was high and this is not critical but the ambiance was not there. The tables were so close that we could hear everyone's conversation. Also it was very hard to hear what the owner was saying when he was telling us the specials. There is no liquor available and you must bring your own BOB and for the price of the entrees, it would have been nice to be able to do this. Again I will say the food was exceptional but suggestions would be to leave more space between diners, lower the lightening, possibly use tablecloths rather than place mats. All in all, it was a nice one time restaurant but probably would not go again.“

“We came here for dinner after a tournament my daughter had today. Food was so so good . We had a brisket wood fire pizza , salad and my daughter had a chicken sandwich. We were waited on by Betsy . So nice and super helpful when it came to helping us pick from their menu / beer selection since it was our first time here . Would definitely recommend!“

“We had dinner this evening at the Water Shed Pub. What an enjoyable evening!!!! The appetizer we started with was the karaage chicken. I can’t explain how the flavors come together for this dynamic appetizer but, Wow! It was fantastic!!! Our entrees of the scallop po boy…..( yum!!! )…… and the seafood enchiladas……. ( oh my goodness!!! ). …were delightful!! So, so delicious!!!! Sweet potato pie and pumpkin cheesecake ice cream were an amazing ending to a superb meal!!! We’ll definitely be back soon! “Planning to meet you from New York I’m always looking for a good burger place. I’m so glad we decided to try here tonight. The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating lady so I didn’t know her name was so happy to be where she was working. She was pleasant and just happy something nice to see the food was amazing on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15. I have the Hawaiian burger, everything’s prepared the way I requested the fresh cut fries salted perfectly. I will definitely return here whether I move to this area or another. Oh, did I mention the prices were great.“

“i was going to pick up for 3 plus me. They wouldn't let me order a 4th sandwich. So I asked the 2-person group behind me if they would order me a burger since they were only getting 2 sandwiches. The grill guy looked at me and said "are you trying to get a 4th sandwich?" Then the person who was ordering for me started getting mouthy with him and the cold cut guy started screaming and waving a knife around. The people who were trying to order my extra burger (for a total of 3 of their 6 sandwich allotment) said "f this, we're outta here" and gave me back my money. I'm pretty sure even if i had gotten back in the twenty minute line they wouldn't have let me order another burger. To be fair, they had a hand written sign detailing the policy. Had i known about that policy, I would have brought another person or called the order in 2 hours before opening at 8 am (as their hand written policy suggested). I won't be back due to the way they handled my in-policy work around (the knife waving was a real turnoff).“

“We have been big fans of Carpe Diem and Nino for years but in the beginning of October he catered our wedding and the results were even better than we hoped for. The food was wonderful (Chicken Parmesan and Meatballs). It was very tasty and fresh, not at all dry or overcooked as often happens when food is put out for a buffet. His house dressing is amazing, and I normally do not eat any dressing on my salads.“

“We ate at Bonefish Grille prior to a concert. From our greeting at the hostess stand to the end of our meal the service was excellent. Our server Justin was knowledgeable but not overbearing. Justin made suggestions based on his likes on the menu. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the filet and lobster. We were both very pleased with the meals delivered. Original: We first visited Little Saigon a few weeks ago and have since been back many times. It is the best Vietnamese place we have been to and certainly seems very authentic. Every single dish we have ordered has been delicious. We dream of the $2 spring rolls!“

There used to be some OK places in greater Harrisburg that were passable, then practically all went to pot -- or else my standards increased. I tried a new place in Camp Hill tonight that looked great, with great reviews. Uggh--I will never go back. Sushi Express, on the other hand, NEVER disappoints. Don't be fooled by the generic name, or because this is a kiosk-type restaurant that is an island in a mall, or because it's in the food court. I have eaten here 100+ times. This is, hands-down, the place I look most forward to to get sushi. Fancy? No. Elegant? No. Crazy wild rolls that dress like peacocks, but are all sauce and circumstance, no substance? No. This is for serious sushi eaters who want fish that is the freshest every time, is always great tasting, and with an experienced, personable owner who is funny and you like to see. “12/11/25 WARNING: This review is being written 1 year (to the day) AFTER our experience with Duke's. That's how strongly I feel about this restaurant. We had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here. There were over 40 people in attendance & every single person said the same thing, "they knocked it outta the park!" The food was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind, even tending to a few extra needs with our older family members. As if that wasn't enough to "sell you" on the place, we got a call from them on our way back to the hotel, that we needed to come back because of a discrepancy with the bill. Having had an open bar for so many hours, for that many people, we really had no idea what the bill should have been, we just paid it....IN CASH! They called & had us come back because we OVER paid... by more than $1000! That type of honesty needs to be recognized. Anyone on staff, or the owners, could have kept quiet & we would never have been any the wiser, but they called as soon as they realized their error. If this place were closer, there's no doubt we would be regulars here!!! We loved everything about our experience & look forward to making the trip to the area just to go to Duke's. “I am a local truck driver. As I finished my last delivery almost 2 hours from home. I google “subs near me”. This place popped up. Wasn’t too far out of my way. And I didn’t have a trailer so I went off to find this place. (Small shops are the best in my opinion), the Italian sub on a fresh baked roll was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
