She made our trip very memorable (we are staying at a hotel close by for a business trip). My daughter (she is four) saw they had a claw machine for a bouncy ball but we didn’t have cash on us play, Elaine overhead my daughter’s disappointment and came over and gave her a dollar to play! My daughter was so excited to win a ball for herself and her sister. I can’t thank her enough for making my daughter so happy and you can see she genuinely care for her customers, you don’t see that often nowadays.
