“I was having trouble using my coupon and the lady at the counter didn't know how to use the app. I was getting frustrated and Manager Rob stepped in and managed the situation perfectly! This is why I have my business meetings at Panera! Thx Rob!! “

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“
