We had a gift cart. Everything was very good and the breadsticks at no longer flat but are round like they used to be. The first batch were a bit under baked, but the 3nd was great.
Waitress was exceptional.
It was a toss- up between 5 stars and 3 so I'm going with 4. It would've been 5, but WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ONCE DELICIOUS BREADSTICKS?!?! They used to be single sticks, round and buttered. Today, they were flat/stuck together without ANY seasoning or butter, and VERY DRY. I hope someone just messed up & today's BREADSTICKS aren't the norm.“

“We needed something convenient and hearty for a tailgate and Pasquale’s pizza was perfect and a crowd favorite. They even hooked us up with a hot pocket to borrow to keep the pies warm. Great service!“

“This place is great! the coffee and confection that I had was well above average. It's the staff and the customers that sold me. The staff is very attentive to customer's needs, and the patrons are about as friendly as you can imagine. The place was packed, yet I was treated as a regular. I'll be back. Too good to pass up.“

“Our club has had our annual picnic catered here the past several years. It’s always incredibly easy to work with everyone to place the order and pick up on the day of the event. They make catering easy by including everything. I highly recommend if you need food for any function!“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“

“Delicious!!! I was supposed to bring this Sicilian pizza and Italian home to share, my wife is lucky this much of it made it. I know it's a franchise but it's EXACTLY how I remember Pizza Roma cranberry tasting and feeling. I have to rate 'atmosphere' but it's take out only so Pizza Roma gets 5 stars because I don't have to interact with anyone except the staff.
I spent an exhorbitant amount on my pizza for lots of toppings but everything seemed reasonably priced otherwise.
I wish there was some kind of bathroom!!! Really had to go“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“After the passing of my Dad, our Family chose Olive Garden in the North Hills at the Ross Park Mall location to celebrate his Life and share in a Commemorative Dinner together. We'd like to thank everyone there for their efforts relating to the services they provided, the compassion and respect they demonstrated and, of course, the delicious meal they prepared for this occasion. “Usually we love noodles and Company, but tonight I went in and made an order to go for 3 meals. Arrived home (45 min drive) and there was chicken on the pesto cavatappi. We are vegetarians. Meal was wasted. Very upset about this.“

“My family and I stop by often for a healthy salad bar. It’s always fresh and delicious. Today we met a nice young lady, Kate, who was bussing tables. She went out of her way to get my husband his favorite dressing when it wasn’t on the salad bar. She was super friendly and made our stop there extra special today. And I can’t say enough about the manager, Joe. Super nice guy. I think it’s great that Jason’s Deli hires special needs adults. We will continue to support this business as often as possible.“

“This location was SLAMMED this labor day weekend. I watched 2 girls accommodate a high volume of door dash and in store orders. They reset the stations mid way, sanitizing and cleaning up. I gladly waited for my high quality 8 ingredient smoothie. The employees got killed but did it with a smile. I love your stores and can't wait ro see more locations in the future! I hope you can find more employees like the girls working at 2pm on 8/31/25!“

“Very simple menu I think they have two chicken sandwiches, tenders and chicken and waffles all very good the two sides I tried were the mac and cheese and fries both better than Chick-fil-A my real complaint is the price it is a wee bit pricey for what it is the chicken sandwich is like $12 and you can make it a meal for $4 more which comes with a drink and fries and for just a three piece tenders it was $9 like I said they were very good but just a little bit overpriced.“

“My girls and I came out for a little brunch date when some man, looked maybe 50-60 year old started taking pictures of us. He has been known for doing this here and surrounding areas in McCandless Crossing/McKnight. A worker Maria was on break and kindly took us out of view from him as we were unaware of the situation. He conveniently left when we got up and she gave us free cookies for the inconvenience. He is know for taking pictures of kids too so please be aware out in these areas!! Thank you Maria you are an amazing and brilliant woman!“
