“So, I had awesome time ordering on the app all the way up to when it was the delivery part however it was DiBellas fault it was the doordash fault I order my food on app went thru great I was at work doordash never send an text call or anything, I call DiBellas she was so nice I told her her I never got my food she said o no and made another an personally brought to me i thought that was so nice and I appreciate cus she was even trying to get it before my lunch was over! “This restaurant has street parking with a meter, quarters only. We did not have any quarters, had to go to the family dollar to buy something to get some. The restaurant is order at the counter then sit down and they bring it to you. The menu was small. The metal chairs are also small. We were coming in as 2 other tables were finishing up, I'm not sure why they do not have more customers. I ordered a salad. It was okay, I wasn't a fan of the cheese melted with the meat to a big sheet on top. My husband got the reuben and fries, my son got a smash burger with fries. My husband likes his choice, and my 13 year old did not like the flavor on the fries. We are visiting from out of state, I would say this is not a place that stands out as a must have for me. Also they do not sell alcohol, which did not matter to us. However another couple came in and left due to that.“

“The best soup in the burgh. Also their BLT sandwich that was a special in the summer was LIFE. CHANGING. It was on homemade focaccia bread. They’re incredible with offering options for dietary restrictions. Any time I’ve gone there has always been a vegetarian and a vegan soup on the weekly menu. Highly highly recommend! “We were passing through the area on a road trip from Toronto to Florida, followed by a Caribbean cruise, and stopped for one night at a nearby hotel. We decided to have dinner at Olive Garden, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience!

We were dining as a family, including one member with a gluten allergy and another who is vegetarian. The staff were incredibly accommodating — the General Manager even came out personally to discuss gluten-free preparation and ensure everything would be handled safely. That level of care really stood out.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and every team member we interacted with was friendly and pleasant. It was a comfortable, stress-free meal, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.

Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“I ordered via Uber Eats. I had a question about the menu so I called the restaurant but they did not answer. I was surprised when they called me back ...when does that ever happen?! My order arrived exactly as I ordered it and they didn't miss any of the sides. They have a huge selection of desserts and I got the sweet potato pie, it tastes like my 95 yr old grandma from Tennessee made it! Get the homemade healthy green tea drink, you won't be disappointed! The food was yummy, our server was excellent, and we got our catering squared away! They chose Olive Garden since there is a great variety for vegetarians and carnivores. Her side is all vegetarians, while ours is primarily carnivores. The pasta stations worked great for this! Plus, the lasagna is an add on vegetarian option. Plenty of salad and breadsticks and the menu was set perfectly!
The day of the wedding the food arrived on time, was set-up for us, and was hot and delicious! They were outstanding!

Vegetarian options: My daughter-in-law and her entire family are vegetarians, while my son and our side are not. Olive Garden works great for both the vegetarians and the carnivores! Everyone loved the food, had great choices, and plenty to eat!“
