“This is a great place for ice cream. It’s right across the street from Renzie Park. Nice place to stop after a walk , a ball game or one of the Sunday night concerts in the summer.They also have a small convenience store.
They have a variety of treats on their menu, soft serve, sundaes, milkshakes and Perry’s ice cream. They also serve hot food , burgers,Nathan‘s hotdogs.
The owner and the staff are always friendly and glad to see you. It’s definitely a place we stop at often through the summer.“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “Stopped here on our way through Monongehela. My husband had the cheese burger and d fries and really enjoyed it. I cannot eat gluten and very rarely find a place that can accommodate me. I had kolbassi with no bun, coleslaw, and they cooked my fries in a separate fryer. Everything was very good!“

“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“Great Cocktails, Forgettable Food in Downtown Pittsburgh

Booked Bourbon & Bridges through Resy for a solo dinner and was happy to put my Amex Resy credits to use. Conveniently located right across from the Courtyard downtown where I usually stay on business trips, it sits on a lively strip of bars and restaurants that makes for an easy evening stop.

The space itself has a great atmosphere — stylish décor with an impressive display of spirits behind the bar that immediately sets the tone for a cocktail-focused experience. The drink menu is extensive, with plenty of creative options. I ordered the Renegade — made with gin, peach nectar, passionfruit liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and blueberry boba pearls — and it was excellent. Refreshing, balanced, and fun without being overly sweet.

Food was more mixed. The grilled chicken sandwich, served on a pretzel bun with chipotle aioli and toppings, was unfortunately pretty bland and forgettable. The Brussels sprouts were much better — nicely pan-fried with great flavor, although slightly sweeter than I would have preferred.

Overall, Bourbon & Bridges is worth visiting for the drinks and atmosphere more than the food. I’d absolutely come back to work through more of the cocktail menu.“

“Bottle of water waiting at table, kind and attentive service all around. Lovely decorations on walls and ceiling. Loud as a hockey game. Long wait after 10am on Saturday. Good, pricey coffee; the food is not particularly expensive. Good beer and big bacon in the bloody. Giant dinosaur eggs on the Benedict, but not close to hot.“

“Lovely atmosphere with plants, fun decor, and sunlight everywhere, one of the prettiest places to grab a drink! And the drinks are also just as pretty and delicious, with a bunch of of different flavors and combos, they also can craft something for you, but the specials are so varied that you can def find something you like!

Also the staff was great and made sure to check what flavors and strength you would like to steer you in the right direction, would definitely recommend!“

“We went to G’s for our anniversary and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Great quiet and cozy atmosphere, stellar service, and incredible food and drinks. Every dish was full of flavor and the textures were all beautifully done. Even the bread basket was amazing with maple butter. It felt like a 5 star dining experience for a reasonable person. “I am a foodie for sure and this experience was a flavor explosion!! The beets were a texture fantasy with a crunch and sweet savory home run. And the Striploin?!!!!! Filet tenderness with a better than NY strip flavor (how is it possible?). Second only to my NYC Wagyu A5 favorite. I was a little hesitant when I first saw the menu, but nothing disappointed at all! Would definitely recommend and return with friends for that steak!!! Chef Dave is a Master of flavors. Shame on me for reviewing before dessert. COME FOR THE DESSERT!! SMH. Creativity of the highest order. I can see why this place is packed tonight. Bring a date, bring your family, impress a client. You will not regret it. And ask for Crystal! “Went here tonight for my wife’s birthday. We just moved out to the east end this winter and have been trying to find good spots for a night out. This place has surpassed dinners we’ve had on vacations. Our food was incredible. Everything was absolutely delicious and looked just as good, if not better. We cannot wait to go back and try other things on their menu.
We ordered the bucatini and the chicken parm for our entrees and they were both incredible. The bucatini was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“We had täkō last night in Pittsburgh for the first time and it was SO GOOD! They had their Spookeasy pop up Halloween bar and the set up was so cool, it was pretty packed with it being Halloween weekend but it was such a cool atmosphere! We ended up getting seats at the bar and the two bartenders were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with deciding what drinks we wanted to try! The tacos.....the octopus is the BEST, chorizo was second best for me. Pictures aren't the greatest, but it's the best I got. Definitely a great time if you're feeling fancy 🍶 It's not cheap, but I'd say definitely worth it for the food, drinks, staff and just the atmosphere of it all.“

She's quite elderly now and the staff is always very patient and accommodating. We appreciate them hope to continue dining there for years to come.“

“We dined there for the first time this week. We told our waitress, Katie, that we had never been and she went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. Our drinks were constantly refilled and the appetizer hot pepper cheese balls were delicious. “My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“

This was all of our first time at the restaurant. We were seated in the side 1 table room, the service was great, it was like our own little space. My wife & I got the 2 Tomahawk steaks, bone marrow, asparagus, & shoestring fries. Everything was amazing, we all got different starters to share. We got the pig candy, all starters were great! There was not one complaint from the table, we will definitely be back. I have known the owner for a very long time, & been to his other places & been just as satisfied. “Was in from Cleveland to go see a show nearby. Stopped here for dinner and it was such a good choice. The key lime mead was to die for! I haven't stopped thinking about it since I drank it...Food was also great. Perfect portion sizes. Not to big and not too small. They even let me customize it a bit which was nice.“

“We needed a place that had power during the wind storm to feed our kids and actually called asking if they had a kids menu they said yes and even told us what was on it over the phone. We ended up going the kids got chicken, fries and applesauce. Husband and I got salmon and swordfish both vary good, the bread was good,my salad was good husband said the house dressing was a little strong but still good. The waitresses were all great and super friendly. Even the customers were all friendly. The place is a little pricey though so be prepared but worth it for the price, the amount of food and the service. We'll be back!“
