“Goodwin’s is “the place where everyone knows your name”. We arrived on Western night - and were warmly welcomed despite not wearing a cowboy hat. Menu: classic pub grub. The burgers were amazing, especially the burger wrap recommended by the bartender. The place to visit when in Ohiopyle/LH area.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by Yough River Brewing Company on Thursday, October 16th, while traveling from Cincinnati to Gettysburg, PA. We picked this place because it was nearly halfway along our route — and we couldn’t have chosen a better stop! 🍻 Going into “enemy territory,” one never knows how the locals will react to you cheering for the visiting team — especially when Pittsburgh was playing Cincinnati that night. 😅 But we couldn’t have been more surprised! They welcomed us with open arms, and everyone was extremely friendly and laid back. Their selection of craft beers was amazing, and we ordered multiple flights to sample as many as we could. 🍺🐾 Even better, they’re pet-friendly, and our pup Gracie was free to wander around and soak up the attention from fellow patrons who stopped to play with her and talk football with our crew. They also have an amazing outdoor seating area with fire pits and multiple TVs, perfect for relaxing and catching a game. “We stayed over night in Confluence while riding bicycles on the GAP trail from Pittsburgh to Washington DC. We were pleased with the quality and taste of the food (I had the “CPK Our Way” flatbread. It was great!) There was a guitarist playing live music, which was great. Overall, the feel of the place was great. I would recommend it with two thumbs up?”

“It’s a beautiful setting and a newly renovated Italian restaurant at Nemacolin Resort. The menu is fresh With unusual offerings Not found elsewhere. My husband had a Caesar salad, which was outstanding , and I had the beet panzella salad with Gorgonzola and yogurt , by far the best I have ever had. The veal Milanese with arugula salad was a perfect blend of crisp and savory. My husband ordered the lasagna, which had a beautiful pinwheel presentation . They sourced their dairy, meat, and vegetables from the local area. Truly farm to table . Our server, Morgan provided excellent service! I honestly have to say this is one of the top Italian restaurants in the country!”

“Our family (me, my wife, and 22-year old son) stayed in Room 102 on the 2nd night of our GAP Trail ride. The Inn was clean, cool, and convenient. Super near the the Ohiopyle Trail Head, and steps from the Ohiopyle Coffee Shop. We would definitely recommend the Inn, esp for GAP Trail riders.”

“Redneck Food Review..... This time we got food from Fox’s Pizza Connellsville, PA..... it did not disappoint..... Got the "Champ" pizza ½ bacon ½ plain.... also tried the broccoli bites. The biggest difference with these broccoli bites is it says cheddar cheese, bacon and ONIONS coated in a potato breadcrumb. They were the best I have ever had. The pizza is great because the crust is a perfect medium between thin and thick crust. If your in a rush call and give them a try...”

“Little shop featuring Hershey's Ice Cream. Staff are very friendly! Only complaint is I wish they would enforce a no smoking rule on the porch. Every time we've eaten here, there are, for some reason, a lot of smokers congregated on the porch.”
