“Best fast food hamburger in town. Tenders are a bit pricey but are excellent. The $5 lunch is a great deal.

Update for 2024, food is still great but, like everywhere else, expensive. Bathroom is terrible though, really needs to be updated.“

“I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

“Best Chick-fil-A in the area! I always order the same thing at all the CFAs, fries with a bunch of salt packets. Usually they just toss the salt packets into the bag. At the Robinson one the salt packets were literally inside the fries and I had to dig them out

Anyway this waterfront location are top notch, I ordered my same funny lil order and they actually put the salt packets into a separate little baggie and put that baggie into the big food bag. You guys don't even know how much I appreciated that! Just wanted to say thank you for being so thoughtful“

“I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. The gentleman who walks around helping people in the dining room was great and very helpful considering my twins are a handful. This was the best McDonald's experience Ive ever had.“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“I went here last night after the huge storm and nobody had power but they did. The place was super busy the employees remained calm and respectful. Line was out the door and they were running out of food. The boy at the register his name was Scott even though he was running back and forth between making milkshakes and waiting on customers he still greeted every customer with a smile including my self. “Absolutely excellent! The drive thru wrapped around the side of the building, but it didn't take much time at all. We ordered online, so we spent minimal time at the speaker. The man working the drive thru was so friendly and energetic. I could honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in fast food. Mind you, we were there after 8 pm for the Krabby Patty meal that everyone and their mother was probably there for as well. We received our food in no time, and it was so fresh. The fries were burning my mouth because they were actually hot out of the fryer. I've never before had such fresh Wendy's. We went out of our way to go to this location, and we are so glad we did!“

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

“The Potato patch is a must do at Kennywood Park. The service is a little slow.But the wait is worth it for the unbelievable bacon and cheese fries. You must eat here when you visit Kennywood.

Parking: Upper lots are free at Kennywood and closer are paid.

The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. “Experience wasn't something to write home about nor was it terrible. I received everything I ordered however I didn't think just one piece of bacon came on the bacon beef 'n cheddar. I felt bad for the people who did orders with DoorDash or GrubHub. I overheard the cashier tell a delivery driver that something was wrong with the system at the restaurant and all orders had to be canceled.“

“Came here after dealing with another locations horrible service. Put in my large order and man the proficiency of this place is great. The staff are so friendly and applied for extra minutes wait when not needed it was a large order. Everyone loves taco bell come here.

Parking: The only problem I can talk about is the difficulty of getting out of the parking lot. This long johns is in a grocery store parking lot.“

“Learned about this place on Social Media and decided to give it a shot today since my son and I both love fries! Was concerned about parking since it was all street parking on a Sunday, but to our surprise, there were plenty of parking spaces along North Ave. Got there before the “after church rush” and was greeted by Shawn and Ashley as soon as we stepped in. Ashley was kind to go over their menu with us and we ended up doing “Build Our Own”. Shawn also stopped by our table and checked in to see if all was good. Both Roasted Chicken and Crispy Chicken were great protein choices and we ordered multiple variation of sauces. House sauce, Habanero BBQ and Honey Gold were all delicious. As others had said, must try their Cucumber Mint and Lemonade. They were so refreshing and amazing that I got a 6-pack to go! Love supporting local Pittsburgh small businesses and am glad we came. Congrats to both Shawn and Ashley for this cute awesome place. We will be back and tell everyone about this place.“
