Spillover from Marshall's customers and groups who frequent the location as a regular meetup keep the seating areas actively busy. So even if there was a seat available I'd rather go somewhere else. There is a very popular fast food establishment in the same plaza that has its own priority traffic and waiting lanes.Parking: If you're pulling in to the parking lot and Miracle Mile is on the right, AVOID the right turn directly in front of Panera. “Went to Fontanas for a bite out and to hear our favorite duo, "Let's Duet." Got chicken wings, fries, & fried pickles. Everything was very good! Quick service and the food came out quick and hot, despite it being busy. Also had Ellicottville blueberry beer on tap....delish! It's a small bar with maybe 12 tables and some seats at the bar. Nice local watering hole! Glad we came and hope to stop by again!! Give it a try.“
“Beyond disappointed. Terrible serve and food. It should never take 90 minutes for sushi and then another 90 minutes to get your bill as your listening to the staff argue in the back room. The fastest they moved tonight is when they thought we didn’t pay our bill because they didn’t see the receipt we left on the table on our way out. And yes we did leave a very underserved but gracious tip. Sushi was just ok. Combo Lo main tasted old, so we didn’t eat it. Never again. Most exhausting worse dinner ever.“
“I had been wanting to try Iceburghs for a while. Friends were all raving about their salads. Took my mother out to lunch there, and they didn’t disappoint! Soooo good…and the side breadsticks were the icing on the cake/salad. Lol The staff was so accommodating and friendly too.“

“Their food is so good. The first Chinese food we've had since we moved up here. And it was so yummy and not to mention that. My little one had to use the restroom and they let her. I soo appreciate that. So thank you very much for all the hospitality and the great food!“

Both of us were able to gain perspective on where the other was coming from and he even offered a free pizza for next time if I wanted. I appreciate this follow up in communication from the owner and know he is working to do his best.Terrible, terrible customer service. I ordered through Slice and instead of calling to say they wouldn’t deliver it, they said it was delivered. When I called to clarify, the gentleman who answered was rude, interrupted constantly, and refused to deliver my order.“
“Paneras is efficient, offers pick up service. The preparation of food is very fast. The dining area is homey, comfortable and with a fireplace in cold weather. Great place to meet friends for lunch or pastry. Their croissants are flaky and light. Get there early or they will be sold.l“
