“My husband & I were on our way to a Phillies game yesterday when it got postponed. The next exit off the NE Extension was Harleysville to turn around. I hopped on Yelp! and found Jesse’s - we wanted to eat before heading back home to Berks County. We are SO glad we did! The BEST BBQ ever!! The staff was super friendly & helpful with recommendations, since it was our first time. We went with the BBQ Sampler & added cornbread muffins with honey butter. EVERYTHING was delicious! I’m, personally, not a lover of ribs…they might have been my favorite!!! Looks like we have a new place to stop when we are heading to Phillies games!!! “As a Honolulu native, I had to investigate when I heard there was Hawaiian BBQ near me. Thirty minutes in the car later, I can confirm: it's worth the ride.

The BBQ mix plate, char siu pork bun, wasabi shumai, and veggie ramen were all excellent. Portions were generous, service was warm, and the place was super clean.
