The staff really went above and beyond to make sure the order was delivered to the customer. They took the time to help resolve the problem on the app and when that didn't work, they even called doordash to help. Customer service is 5☆ . And humanity is 💯“

“We had one evening in Scranton, and I was the one grabbing sweets for our groups dietary restrictions. I called Donna and asked if she would be able to accommodate. She went above and beyond! The GF-Vegan Cupcakes I ordered were waiting in a box for me, and she was so patient since we came right at closing time. Her flavors were DIVINE! The love and care that went in to our treats was something special! I love pretty food, but what a win when the food tastes better than it looks! Thank you Donna! “Great local italian restaurant in the downtown area. It's pretty popular so be sure to make a reservation ahead. Randomly, you can find empty seats by the wood fire pizza station. We don't mind and the hosts always ask in case as it isn't a regular table. You can see all the kitchen action and pizza making skills while dining. Terrific service by my server JP. He set us up with a wine bottle and the bikini bottom pizza which is always delicious. There is also a gelato/coffee section near the entrance located by the bar. They do have a room with a big table in case you're looking for a more private dinner. However, you still feel like you are in the restaurant part of the crowd as it is enclosed by glass. There is a section to hang coats. Definitely try the whipped ricotta!“

We got The Garden Platter because we have never tried Mediterranean food and wanted to sample a little of everything. My wife always gets something different and everything she gets is always delicious! The bread and baked goods are made in house and they do not disappoint! “First time trying Club 17 tonight 3/17/23. Absolutely awesome. The red pizza was some of the best I’ve had in Old Forge. Light, crispy and flavorful sauce. The fresh tomato and garlic pizza was equally amazing. Super fresh ingredients and the garlic was the perfect amount. The star of the show for me though was the Rigatoni Abruzzi with hot sausage. It’s done in a light creamy tomato sauce with roasted red peppers, hot Italian sausage and just the right amount of chili flake. Everything was awesome and we got it to go. I’m sure it would be even better sit down in the restaurant which we will certainly be trying in the near future. Highly recommend.“

I live in Vermont and communicating with Chef Jimbo was a delight. He was quick to respond and offered suggestions and was very enthusiastic and helpful. Chef Jimbo went above and beyond to make this event special & memorable. The food was delicious south western style food and service was outstanding. All of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was. After dinner it became a welcome party for the Wedding guests in town - a most memorable & enjoyable evening. “My family and I had a great experience at Olive Garden in Scranton. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The highlight of our visit was our server, Anthony. He was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and great with my kids. He joked around with them, kept everyone smiling, and made the entire dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. Service like that can really make a meal memorable, and Anthony did an outstanding job.

If I had one small critique, my chicken parmesan was a little dry, but that's more of a personal preference than a complaint. Everything else was excellent, and the outstanding service more than made up for it.

“I love coming to work with my laptop at this location. It's clean, service members are very friendly and I love the food. I usually come in the mornings, get a sip club drink, order some lunch and then stay until about 2pm. Overall a very comfortable experience that I would recommend. Recently I got some extras from some of the girls for being a regular which I really appreciated. Very easy to find a spot to sit, order online via the app and enjoy a comfortable and relaxed experience. 10/10“
