The staff was incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And Gabe, the manager, is truly exceptional and made us feel like VIPs. “Love this place and I am a frequent flyer however I recently tried the penne pasta with vodka sauce and I asked for chicken which was grilled chicken strips. The penny with the vodka sauce was excellent however the chicken strips were very disappointing. They were processed chicken strips and extremely tough. And only one other thing, I look forward to the garlic bread however the spread was extremely minimal. It was a small dot right in the center of the bread. Previously it would cover the entire slice which was excellent and very tasty“

“Phenomenal food, atmosphere & people! This place is a gem & worth the drive no matter where you're from! I took my husband for his birthday.

He had veal parmigiana w linguine & salad. I had pappardelle bolognese w italian wedding soup. The bread was warm w oil for dipping & the entrees served hot as they should be. (it was obvious that nothing was sitting waiting to come out of the kitchen)

The waitstaff are super friendly & attentive and the cocktails- a bloody mary & tiramisu martini were excellent!

Dessert was brownie ala mode w a candle & song for hubs, and tiramisu for me.

1/2 lb Penne with Vodka sauce
1/2 lb Rigatoni with Vodka sauce
1/2 lb Linguine with Marina sauce
Side of Pork for 2 and 1 meatballs were so delicious. The pork melted in your mouth and the meatballs were great. The sauces are a favorite and the Portions are plentiful. There is a small percentage added on for take out, but it's all well worth it. They are also cash only.“

My girlfriends and I met here for a girls night over the weekend and every single one of the four of us had nothing but great things to say about the whole evening. “Tried Sibio’s for first time today for lunch- definitely worth the drive. Food was very good and prices appropriate. I definitely enjoyed this wonderful Italian restaurant. Decor falls between original 1970s and a little updated - but that was charming and likely kept prices so reasonable. The place was quite busy for an afternoon lunch and service prompt and attentive enough! Highly recommend - we will be back to try more. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked great!“

“Back on 2012 I would to go to John’s every Monday night for All you can eat pasta with my late husband and 4-6 other family members dept who was at our house or available. Going there wasn’t the same without him and they were so kind as to send a tray of pasta and a tray of meatballs at that terrible time but I went sporadically. Well today Nov13 2024 my new husbands and I were in the area and went to John’s. It was nice to be there and the food was sooooo good like it was back then and the service was as it always was Great! I was so glad we went. there were a lot of new faces. But I did ask for Michelle and heard she is there yet. Keep it up John’s. (Ezra and Anthony wouldn’t remember me but Adrianna would I hope to get there again soon!!“

“What a wonderful visit we had. Myself and two daughters enjoyed the breadsticks and salad, which were delicious and accompanied by 3 entrees, which were wonderful. However, the best part by far of our visit was the waitress Rena. I never met a more friendly, but not over the top waitress. “I have many special memories here with family. The best memory was in July during a holiday celebration. I brought my boyfriend Abdullah to meet my family and it was one of the most special memories that I cherish deeply. Most recently when I came, I saw many peers from high school who may or may not have noticed me. Most distinctively, I saw a former athlete. This colleague used to be one of the best North Pocono football players as well as North Pocono track & field athletes who had his year book picture iconically taken on the railroad tracks. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to see North Pocono School District legends as well as have amazing food.“

“Beautiful restaurant within the Radisson Lackawanna hotel. Reservations are suggested although we were the only 2 people eating from 6pm-7pm on a Saturday evening. I believe it was because the hotel was hosting a large party and most of the guests were probably there. The evening prior, the restaurant was full. We were served quickly and our drinks were brought along with warm bread and butter. We ordered pasta and crab cakes and our meals came out quickly. Everything was so hot, fresh and tasty. My scallops were tender and my cousin enjoyed the lump crab meat in her crab cakes and vegetables. Dessert was a delectable warm creme brulee. Prices were fair. We would definitely recommend dining here.“

Food is always fresh and delicious. The place
Is clean and there is plenty of parking.
I love the regular plain round pizza. However it’s awesome with pepperoni and onion or try the bacon. It’s real bacon, it’s great. If it’s just you they offer a personal pizza and it’s made fresh and it’s a decent size.
Their soups are homemade and I always get the meat tortellini.
The grandma pizza is fantastic and their spaghetti is great with fresh tomato and garlic basil. I have even ordered the chicken fingers and they are so good. Try it. It will not disappoint. 💕“

“I had the New York style pizza, it was great. Fresh mushrooms, the best red sauce. I should be back in November to try the Old Forge style pizza. Marty talked my ear off and I loved it. The best restaurant owner you could possibly meet. Our Greeter/Waitress/Floor Manager was great, she offered me lemon in my water, which I gladly accepted. Clean, busy, focused menu, family feel. “I called on a Sunday and they were closing. I ordered a tray of pizza and they still made it and delivered it to my house. I was laid up with a cast on my leg. They delivered it , the owner did personally and the pizza was to die for. I ordered the Gold Crown and it tasted like it Did thirty five years ago when I was a youngster going there with my dad, it was absolutely delicious.“
