Unlike the crappy haters at the bridgeville location or getting reprimanded for using a MyPanera + Gift card at the waterfront location, this location is pleasant, and is generally consistent. “Went for a late dinner after the Heidelberg October fest with my fiancé and 5 year old for the first time since the expansion. I had high expectations because we have had take out multiple times and have been pleased. We were not disappointed! We had a hot dog, Cuban sandwich, torts with salsa (AMAZING as always), tater tots and the soup special. Everything was great but the pumpkin/corn harvest chowder was phenomenal, the complexity and layers of flavors was out of this world. I am not easily impressed so I was blown away by our meal. Our server/bartender was great and went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We will be back again soon!“

“The lady was so nice and the chef came out to greet us as we ate our meal. She was very helpful in explaining to us the flavors and styles of each meal. The restaurant was very homely where you know it’s that authentic family recipe passed down from generation to generation. Our food was hot and served in a timely fashion. “The soups are usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is the wait times during peak hours. I tend to order only soup and a piece of bread, but the wait time on that can be over 15 minutes. It would be nice if orders like that could be filled at the register quickly, or while we’re in line trying samples. Overall I’d recommend Zoup, just get there before 12:00 or after 1:00 on weekdays“

I have sever food allergies, and the kitchen was super accommodating. Suzie brought out the kitchen Manager, who made me a delicious meal. Highly recommend this Olive Garden!“

“We have been experiencing a multi-day power outage, and I wanted to say that the staff in this Panera have been exceptional. It is much busier than usual due to many people (including me) trying to work, and they have been very accommodating and kind. I used to work at a different Panera location and was very impressed with the staff here.“

Our server was very kind to us, and making sure all of our food was always quality and refilling drinks. Soup and salad served as appetizers were delicious, as well as our entrees. “I never leave reviews, but I love their food here. Service is fast, food is great and reasonably priced. They always have utensils and sauce in the bag. Just had their small egg drop soup and an egg roll for lunch. The soup was excellent!! Came with the fried noodles. The vegetable egg roll was crispy and filling!!! It also had the sauce packets with it. I've been going here off and on since they opened and have never been disappointed. It's way better than fast food and it's consistently good. Actually, over the years it has gotten better!!!!!“
