“The buffet was best described as “not bad”. That goes from the price to the service. It’s a fair price for an AYCE breakfast buffet. Lots of savory items to select from: kielbasa & turkey on the carving board, smoked salmon, omelettes, breakfast burritos/tacos, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and more. Along with the pancakes & French toast there was also strupwaffle style waffles and plenty of other pastries.
12yo and younger ate at half the price, which was nice. The service was not very attentive when it came to clearing the plates off the table or coming around to see if a refill of coffee/drinks was desired“
“My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon at The French Manor. The food served for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The view from the top of the hill is really scenic. The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in the Venice room. It was nicely decorated, but the bathroom would benefit from some updates with the plumbing (water can be forceful at times since it is well water). I would recommend staying in the spa suites as they looked more modern. The spa was very relaxing, and all guests have free access to the sauna and saltwater pool.“

“If you’re looking for phenomenal food in the Pocono’s, Tom’s Country Kitchen is it! I only started getting food from here as of recently. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this deliciousness all these years I’ve lived here. Now I can’t wait to check their FB to see the special’s. “The folks and drinks at Silverback are some of the best you will ever encounter. The Blackback Bourbon is by far the best spirit I have ever had. I try to buy multiple bottles whenever I come in because it sells out so often. If you're going in for a drink, make sure you order one of the Smoked Cocktails.“

“Been eating here for a couple years now at least. HANDS DOWN BEST OXTAILS WITHIN 90 miles! I eat everywhere- Scranton, Wilkes-barre, Stroudsburg, Allentown, NONE COME EVEN CLOSE. I stay in Scranton area and take the 40 min drive for these $35 oxtails RELIGIOUSLY. And they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Portions are great. Food taste amazing. This place is truly a hidden gem 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. Blessings!“

“We have never been disappointed eating at the Lucky 8 Noodle Bar at Mt Airy Casino. Usually get the pan fried pork dumplings and lunch bento box.
Other visits, we had also ordered the beef chow fun (flat noodles).
The prices are reasonable for the choice selection offered as well as the amount of food served with the lunch bento box. The chefs and severs are always pleasant and provide excellent service and the food is always fresh, cooked perfectly, and flavorful.“

“This place was absolutely amazing. Service was top-notch. We got SO much food for our money and everything tasted amazing. The enchiladas I got with rice was the lunch portion and it was huge! My husband’s 3 tacos were also very good. We each got a frozen margarita that was to die for. “My Uncle asked me to order a few catered items for my dad's memorial on 7/22 that he graciously paid for. I chose Carrazza's mainly because it's local. We ordered F/T's of baked ziti, meatballs, chicken marsala and green beans. I could not believe I had a minimum of 8 guests rave about their meatballs, all asking if I had made them. My sisters both received compliments as well. I heard 'these meatballs are the best I ever had', 'they are fantastic', 'get me the recipe' and 'I hope you don't think I am a pig but I gotta grab some more of these delicious meatballs'. All of the food we ordered was delicious, but I have to say... I am considering ordering a tray of meatballs to freeze in meal sized portions for my husband and I. It will make dinners easier for me with less work and less waste. Thank you Mike for all of your help, patience and kindness.“

“We stayed at the Chateau during a winter storm. It was pretty bad out, so we decided to eat at Mountainview. I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was busy. The bartender was also the only waitress. Although she was extremely busy, she was also extremely proficient. Our cups never went empty. We did have to wait longer than expected for our food, but given the circumstances, we understood. Our food was actually very tasty with a nice presentation! I will visit again!“

In all fairness they were slammed the whole time. So they forgot my order. They offered me a free 2 liter. :)
Average wait time is about 15 mins if you dont call it in.
The menu was difficult to decipher, no pics.

“I wanted to review on Google because the rating is unfairly low. We went to Log Cabin during our stay at Camelback and it was fantastic. I didn't realize they were just about to close but they sat us and were very attentive. Tabitha was an amazing server and deserves the highest tips. Do not sleep on the crab cake sliders, they are to die for. Everything we had was great and all the staff were extremely friendly and fun. My only issue is we don't live closer!“

“All other Chinese restaurants in the area suck and cost more and many places in the area don't even clean their shrimp. They will it with intestine of the shrimp full of poo. This is the only place that I can trust that taste good. Don't go anywhere else. It's a hole in the wall type place. No where to eat. Not listed anywhere, take out only no delivery but well worth it. The est of places want to charge like twenty bucks for stuff you know costs ten or less. Vegetables are cheap! Only go here where it's reasonable and delicious.“

The Garlic knot is great and very garlicky indeed as should be with raw Garlic 🧄
I’ll dine here again when out here and in need of a slice or two.
Not forgetting all the pepper flakes and herb jars all filled to the top to add to your slices if needed.
They also have beers 🍻 and different juices and soda at cold to enjoy of your choice with your meal.“

“Food was good, not the best hibachi I’ve ever had but it was still very good. Definitely over-priced in my hibachi experience. The experience/show was a ton of fun. The drink was excellent. Would prefer the classic salad over edamame and I think the table agreed when we all barely touched it. Soup was excellent. The reason I gave atmosphere a 3 was because it was HOT in there and I mean HOT. We were dripping sweat. I don’t know if that’s normal for that place or not, but it truly took away from the experience and we probably would have hung out longer if we weren’t melting. Waitress was great but everything took a long time to move into the next “course”. Definitely have some things they can work on to make it a better experience.“

Billy's is the top for fresh , hot food, great service.. cleanest most efficient diner around. “My husband and I brought a ton of our friends here the morning after our wedding nearby and had a great breakfast! The food was exactly what we needed, so good, the staff was so friendly and accommodating of our bigger party, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. They put our leftover wedding cake in the fridge and brought it out for us after we finished our scrapple. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality!“
