“We stop for a quick lunch and bio break. One of the kiosks was out of order so there was a long line waiting for the kiosk. I tried ordering from my phone but I couldn’t authorize my credit card. The kiosks opened up and I placed our orders and grabbed a table near the back. We waited about 10 minutes and our food was brought out. I was happy the apple pie is back to the original crispy shell. The others has Chicken McNuggets, fries, bacon quarter pounder, chocolate milk shake, and frozen raspberry drink. The place was relatively clean. Some people were trading happy meal toys with each other. They had the bts and fifa toys. This location is convenient to get to from I-81.“

“Always stop at this BK when on my way back home to NY. Had a great visit today 5/30/24. The staff were great especially Chloe, she was very helpful and professional… the dining area was very clean.“

“While I love me a subway sub, always delicious and filling, this location seems to not have enough employees. We placed an order online, to be ready within 15 minutes. We got there with 5 minutes till pick up time and parked, and as we waited for the app to say our order was ready, a vehicle pulled in and 4 people got out. They went in, and all ordered at the counter. We watched as their subs were made, deciding to wait to go in and grab our order even though the app said it was ready at the time it should have been. We ordered cold subs so we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The people finally left, and my daughter went in to grab our order. Mind you, it was probably 20 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready by now. Turns out, our order hadn't even been started yet. Two other people came in to pick up online orders while she waited, which I'm assuming should have been made. They weren't. She said there was one person working. Kinda hard to be upset knowing that. So nothing against the employee, our subs were delicious. Just be prepared, you may end up waiting awhile.“

“I feel sorry for the Subway employees. Management needs to put shades the windows. In the afternoon, employees are squinting, looking into the sun at silhouetted customers and it gets HOT in there. Such a simple fix to make employees' and customers' experiences better.“
