“Is mod pizza the best pizza around.....no....BUT it's always there when you need a trusty, reliable and affordable friend. I appreciate the fact the staff is always kind. Newtown Square is a wasteland, so why not support this friendly buisness who in my experience put it's customer first. Also yay plant based sausage!

Bonus points for satisfying my brazilian husband who always wants 16 toppings on a pizza without having to mortgage the house.“

“I want to leave a great review for this store. Every time I visit, I notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The customer service is excellent, and I understand that when they are very busy it can be challenging to attend to everyone right away.
I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.

“Was visiting from out of town with my family. We were very indecisive on what to order and Nicole was extremely kind and helpful when figuring out what to order. She gave insightful thoughts when asking about the town and things to do while we were here. The food came out very quick and was piping hot and delicious. The customer service was unmatched!!“

“Outstanding experience! This chik fila team was incredibly friendly, and efficient during our visit. Anyone complaining about them not having a drive through - They dont need one, the most efficient staff I have seen in a very long time!

We want to give a shout out to 2 employees in particular who went above an beyond their line of work.

The first is Gael, while Gael was mopping the floors he came over to ask us if we needed anything and how we were enjoying our food. He then proceeded to find a screw under one a table, and instead of sweeping it away (which I would of done, since it was 930 at night) he finished mopping the floors. Then proceeded to go back and check all the tables/ chairs in the area. Until he found the chair that required the screw. He then went and found a screwdriver and fix that chair, then he went around tightening the other chair and table screws in the area. Again this was 9:30 at night.

We then complimented him on his diligence. He was extremely appreciative, he asked if we wanted a little cup of ice cream to go. When we left he was ready by the enterence to wish us a goodbye and hold the door for us. We were speechless

This kid has one of the greatest customer service skills, I have ever seen in my life. While also completing all of his tasks efficently and professionally. Absolutely tremendous!

That brings me to the next employee that we would like to spotlight Marisol

When we called the store today to tell about our amazing experience with Gael. Marisol, one of the managers of this amazing establishment, picked up the phone and wanted to hear all about how amazing Gael was doing! First, she knew him by name, even though she probably has 40 to 60 employees under her. She knew his background and how great he was already doing. And she was extremely excited to tell me about how they handle customer appreciation on their team. Including free desserts, nice cards from the team, and an overall appreciation of their hard work. Which I love to see!

Personally, I love that management style, that rewards people for doing great work and gives them opportunities to learn and grow. From my small conversation with Marisol that is her management style. And I think the world needs more of that.

Even though we only had the pleasure of interacting with very few staff! We can tell that this chick fil a has amazing employees and an amazing management team leading the way and acting as fantastic role models.“

“I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. “Arrived during lunch rush in the drive thru line which moved quickly; an employee was handing out samples of milkshakes or something similar to customers. The food was hot and fresh. Lots of traffic between the Wawa and Chick Fil A entrance so you need to be watchful.“

He showed us our platters when they were ready, so we could indicate exactly how much of each sauce we wanted. The falafel was nice and crispy on the outside, and seasoned beautifully. The rice was also delicious, and the salad was fresh. My partner equally enjoyed his chicken and rice platter. The interior of the truck (which is what matters) appeared very clean and well kept. “Order taker guy was great, and he deserves a two thumbs up for attitude and taking pride in doing his job. Burger was excellent, no complaints. Fries, not so much. They were cold, lifeless and had not been salted. The only negative un a great dining experience.“

I stop here often because it’s right across from Robin Ford where I charge my EV. (Which takes 2 hours.) You can always hear the staff laughing and joking in the back, which is a good sign. (Good work atmosphere.) They are always super friendly which has kept me coming back. I love the cantina menu and the cantina chicken quesadilla is pretty darn good. “I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

“I've been coming to this Taco Bell for a few years now and they always get my order correct. I will get the Doritos locos tacos supreme party pack and they always get it correct every single time. Great, quick, service that you don't always get at every Taco Bell.“

“Went to this DQ with my mom and dad in the 60s and 70s. We always sat on the side seating areas. Left the area in the 80s but returned to this location in early 90s with my daughter. A great experience. Looking forward to visiting next year!“
