“Silvia’s Kitchen opened just a few months before I moved out of the area, and I’m glad I got the chance to try it. It has also become my cousin’s favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.

The owner’s family is very friendly and welcoming, and they often recommend different dishes, which makes the experience even better.

During my visits, I tried several items including Torta Milanesa de Pollo (breaded chicken), which was the first time I had it and really enjoyed it. I also ordered Torta Pollo a la Plancha (grilled chicken), fajitas, quesadilla pollo, tacos, and burritos.

Everything I tried was great, and the portion sizes were generous as well. A solid place with good food and warm hospitality.“

“Food is so good, I am still at a loss for words to describe how flawless it was. So much so that not a since atom of rice is remaining in said burrito. If’n you are ever in the area, get the classic with blackened chicken and everything it comes with, and then after you take the first bite, add some chipotle, specifically from cholula and it is the most perfect thing ever.

“The service is always great here. I usually order the 1/2 tray of meat and couple of side for my family for dinner and it never disappoints, and we always have leftovers for lunch or the next nights dinner. The owner is very nice and she’s always there to make sure everything coming out of the kitchen is top tier. 10 out of 10 in my books!! I usually don’t leave ratings but I’ve been here a bunch of times since I lived in KOP and I’ve never been disappointed so they deserve it. 👍🏾 Keep up the great work!!“

Only request I would make is adding some salads to the menu. I eat out frequently and try to not eat too poorly each time so a salad here and there would help lol. The ingredients seem to be high quality and are prepared perfectly, I would definitely recommend to others looking for a good breakfast stop! They have a wide variety of options, which allows you to find something for even your most picky coworkers and friends. It really seems like they put a lot of effort into every dish they make to ensure only the best for their customers. I applaud management, they are clearly doing something right! “La orden de flautas viene con 7 flautas!!! Deliciosas, crujientes, lo mejor!! --La mejor taquería en el area. Their tripa is crispy, savory and goes perfectly with the salsas! Salsa verde has avocado in it, not a guacamole but creamy and delicious. Salsa roja was spicy not too much, and had that spice flavor to it. We ordered tacos which were well served, with fresh onions and cilantro. Longaniza, suadero y lengua were a hit with my family. We also ordered the sopes and these are not your traditional sopes (small round) but the original from Michoacan flat, long, with beans and the meat of your choice. Topped with sour cream and salsa mmmmm can't describe the flavor. It takes me back to México!! FYI cash only! Solo efectivo!!“

“Made a return trip today and enjoyed the food even more than the first time. My friend had the loaded nachos which were mouth watering. We shared cheese quesadilla which were loaded and delicious. One pork tamale tasted so great we added a chicken tamale! I want to be adopted by the chef!!! Highly recommend a visit there. Plenty of free parking, immaculate rest rooms and restaurant is clean and cheerful. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Prices excellent. You won't be disappointed.“

First time patrons relocating from Austin, Texas so the bar was set high and this place delivered. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to ordering their tostadas and burritos for round two.“

“My family and I go in to eat every once in a while and sit at the same table and order the same food (🤣) it’s like a little tradition. The nachos, birria tacos, and carnitas burrito bowls are delicious!!! With food like this you have to eat it fresh. It’s not the same when you DoorDash!“
