My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. “Very affordable place close to the subway. There is a little bit of a language barrier but their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. They have donuts, pretzels, hot dogs, bagels, breakfast sandwiches ready made, and they will make lunch sandwiches if you call in advance or wait. I was purchasing two dozen for some classmates and I got Boston creme, apple filled glazed, lemon filled glazed, jelly filled powdered, frosted with fruity pebbles cereal on top (amazing), bear claws, chocolate frosted, glazed, pink frosted, with and w/out sprinkles. seriously, they have it all. The price for one dozen is $10 which is solid for just regular donuts, let alone delicious and essentially gourmet donuts. Some shops would price boston creme or fruity pebbles at a premium just because of the cachet.“

That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

“When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

Parking: There's a line of parking spaces down the entire strip with a parking lot across the street next to the Firehouse.“

“I shouldn't say this too loudly but...rushing every morning to get Dunkin and be on time for work is hard enough - add the density of the Philadelphia region, people rushing and rude and sometimes a Dunkin parking lot can mirror one of Donte's Levels of Hell.
However, last year I found this magical Dunkin Donuts. It was the morning rush, and here's a Dunkin with no drive-thru on a busy Pike, yet somehow most mornings it is not insanely crowded and always operates smoothly.

But this isn't what makes this Dunkin Donuts awesomely different. Those that work at this Dunkin are super kind and amazingly hard working. The shop is always sparking clean and the employees are beyond helpful, polite, courteous and cool :)

So just wanted to say thank you very much. I may not know names but seeing the same smiling faces every morning is a nice way to start the work day. So thank you so much for everything!
