They were shorthanded that day and the focus was on drive-thru but once a nice lady came to the counter it was all good. They got our order correct and the food was good. Good shopping pit-stop but also just an awesome place to grab a coffee or two while you work on things, read, or chat before catching a movie next door or taking the nearby T. They keep everything so much cleaner than any other nearby coffee place which is very important to me. Plus it’s an in-line store so you’ll be out of the noise/chaos of the mall. The coffee and flavors, even sugar free ones are great. The bags of coffee beans you can buy come in a lot of great flavors as well. Highly recommend!“

“I think I might agree with other comments that it was a little more expensive than other places. However, it was probably the best espresso I’ve had in the Pittsburgh area. Plus the barista explained that it’s roasted in house and organic. I feel that usually the price means better quality, which I agree with here! I’ve had the espresso and have tried some of the loose leaf teas, which I have been very pleased with! We also have met the owner and he’s a really great person. So I would rather support him than the mass coffee corporations that provide cheaper but inferior coffee.“

“Was very surprised, because the establishment is small. The food was excellent. I had arugula salad with vinaigrette and Chicken Parmesan. I wanted every last desert behind the glass counter. No bad choices! I chose cannoli, my wife had the tiramisu 😋“

Side note, I was with my three young children and the staff was accommodating and incredible as were the patrons.“

“Adesso is a staple. I am from Canada and whenever I visit, I always take morning walks to see Frank and grab a coffee.

He is always kind, warm and welcoming and knows all his customers. Small cozy family ran cafe with outdoor seating. Coffee is great and it radiates good vibes. Can’t recommend enough!!

“We had lunch at LeoGreta today and stopped at the bakery as we were leaving. We just tried the apple pie and it was delicious. Great crust and the filling wasn’t overly sweet, apples had a bite still and the spices were perfect! I had a good cappuccino as well! Definitely recommend and will be back!“

“I came in because I needed something to drink while I was out n about. I had purchased a new cup and got my usual a mango dragon fruit lemonade. I asked for it in the cup and they did. But im also so glad that they take really good sanitation measures when they do this. Such has have you put in the measuring cups they have and taking the lid off for them. Parking: There are maybe 3 spots (for curbside and handicap) beside the store, other parking is located across the lot and you have ti walk across the drive thru to get into the store this way.“

“Great tasting drinks and great customer service. Mike is an awesome manager and there is another female manager who is amazing too. I was drinking my coffee there this morning and she asked one of the workers to remake something because she didn't think it was hot enough. I thought that was so thoughtful of her, where many stores would just put something out and hope a customer doesn't complain, she was looking out for the customers before they even got there. This is why I add an extra 20 min to my commute each morning just so I can go here. Thank you, Dunkin!“

“Kind of surprised at all the negative reviews. Came at 4am for coffee, there were lines at starbucks, Dunkin, McDonald’s etc. this place had la colombe and no line. Got two lattes, only 5 bucks each which honestly is very low for airport pricing. They taste great. Breakfast sandwich was 10 bucks which is more of what I expect for airport pricing but whatever, it was fine. Didn’t have any issues with upcharging like some of the other reviews.“

“This Dunkin is basically in a horrible place. It can be hard to pull into the drive thru if you are turning left into the location and it can also be impossible to pull out if you need to turn left across traffic. I've only gone inside once but it was clean and the staff assisted me.

Parking: Free parking, but only on one side of the building. I've never had a hard time getting a parking spot here.“
