“I stopped coming to this Arby's location because about 7 months ago I was in the Drive-Thru I ordered about $55.00 worth of food for my family, the girl that waited on me was so rude gave me such an attitude for ordering all the food, I thought this was so unprofessional I never came to that location again. Today I happened to be in the area I stopped to get lunch around like 11:40 the lady was very nice in the Drive-Thru.. it looks like there's more professional groups working there now. . I know that I acted As a immature tantrum throwing teenager towards you in the past, and yet you still went out of your way to help me this afternoon and fix The issue with my order, and you technically did not even have to once he realized my burger came from a fellow store of his He could’ve sent me back to that store without holding any grudges from the past He fixed my situation which helped me to get the burger, correct truth is southside is actually closer to me, but we don’t usually go to that McDonald’s we drive all the way up to this one. I did not know that my husband got the food From McDonald’s, but the tag on my burger said so, and although the girl with the long braid all the way down to her Legs laughed at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, as if I was trying to steal from her own personal pocket.
