“First time here, we got a regular cheese steak and I got a California cheese steak...it was one of the BEST subs I have ever eaten. A bit over 12 dollars, plenty of steak, cheese, shredded lettuce, small tomatoes and mayo.
The bun is super soft too. 10/10!“

“The buns must have come right out of the oven when I placed my order for my primo sized American cold cut hoagie with lettuce, tomato,onion, and oil and vinegar. It was made with the bun being very warm and that it ruined the whole taste of my hoagie. It melted the cheese to a soggy texture like when a hoagie sits outside on a hot day. A cold cut doesn't mean warm bun. And I didn't ask for a baked hoagie. I was going to take it back in, but I was so pressed for time. But I just took it apart and ate what I liked or what tasted ok. When I did a review on my Primo app, they asked for the ticket number. I'm going to check my truck it might be in there. I believe it was last Monday evening, 7pm. I am not from the area, but I used to stop at the previous location on Rt 309 a lot it was convenient.“

“This subway is so different from any other one. I passed two of them to come to this one that lady in there treats you like she knows you it’s always spotless. The food is always fresh as can be My Son like salami and cheese on the urban cheese bread. And trust me we’ve been to our sheriff subways. This is the only one that’s the food is fresh. The buns are always 100% fresh. The cookies are fresh. I would definitely give them five star rating because deserved and if you look back on my reviews for other locations, I have never given a good review But the way they treat you at this establishment. It deserves nothing more than a good review. She takes pride in her work she takes pride and the way she treats her customers and I appreciate that sometimes I’m in a rush and I’ll call them and ask them before I even tell them what I need salami and cheese with a little less salami. They already say oh and they’ll finish my sentence for me and have it ready as soon as I get there, cut exactly the way I want it as well. This is the best subway hands-down the other ones definitely fall short in the customer service area and the fresh area. I promise if you go to this one, you won’t be disappointed, especially the one up in Dunmore yikes on top of all of that they’re rude at that one and they’re allowed to be that way to people. It’s just my personal opinion, but by far this is the subway to go to Hands-down there’s not a single other one that compares“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “The young boy who made my sandwish asked me how do I want to make my veggie footlong and wrapped both halves separately. Tomatoes and cucumbers were overlapping throughout the sub. It was a full meal. The bread was supersoft, very fresh like just made it. One of the best sub made I enhoyed here!“

“Got subs here a few times recently via doordash and doordash doesnt let you add speciifc requests like extra oil, extra vinegar. I called this location to get that and they couldnt have been more friendly and accomodating. A really nice lady works there, wish I knew her name.“

“This subway is the best that I've been too! The younger girl waited on me she has different color hair?! and she was so pleasant and recommended their pretzel stick, I'm glad she did bcuz it was amazing! You can't get good workers like her nowadays, especially being a young teen.
