Got the food home and it was some of the best I’ve had. We called multiple places trying to find one who was still open and just happened upon here and so happy we did. I asked for a new plate and did get one. Also, most of the time we have to ask for fortune cookies. They used to be given with our check. We do love eating here, and drive 50 minutes from our home to get here. We saw the wonderful manager and Chef from our last visit.“

“After getting food poisoning from Great Wall, I found Rice House. They have the absolute most incredible and fresh food. I highly recommend getting their coconut chicken, honey chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, egg rolls, their duck sauce is the best. Their portions are very generous and they have lunch specials up until 3 PM every day. My daughter and I absolutely love this restaurant and the owners are so sweet. I’m so glad that our community is giving them great business and I see all online positive reviews from other customers around our area. A MUST TRY! You will not be disappointed!!!“

I’m keen on coming back here eventually when I make through all of them but it has captured my interest.

General tsos was nice and crispy and the pork fried rice was flavorful. The lo mein could use some extra sauce but the foundation was there.

Don’t really count on eating at the place. You can but there isn’t much seating and the open kitchen can be quite warm in the summer. The food holds up to go and thats what I recommend.

“This is pretty much the only place i eat at this mall. For me the price is very reasonable and usually they have something i always enjoy. The spicy fried tofu (w/Veggies & Lo Main) is always great and my go-to when I want a filling snack.
I wish I could give bonus stars simply for the wonderful woman working the register today (9/1/24, roguhly 1 pm). She was amazingly friendly! While I patiently waited for my meal I noticed every customer who came into here (including myself!) was acknowledged and greeted, she made sure to ask if orders were correct double checking and all, and would always find something to compliment or have that moment of a quick impression/connection and making someone's day that much better. Not one person left without a smile. Someone like that is a very rare gift in the food industry. I wish I could give her a proper shout-out, but I never got her name!“

“I have lived in 4 towns and tried many Chinese takeout. This place is literally the best Chinese food I've ever had. I drive 30 miles for their sesame chicken with wonton soup. Great deal and the wonton are the size of your fist and you get two. They also delivered to me in 12in of snow in 2014. I felt terrible for asking but they saved me when I had no food for days. You will not regret it.“

“We tried Super Wok for the first time because the place we usually order delivery from was unexpectedly closed. The food was very good, and the delivery was fast and food arrived nice and Hot. “Nice little spot for chinese food. Take out only which isn't an issue as I usually order ahead of time just before I get off work so I can pick it up without a wait. There's a parking lot too so you won't have to worry about stopping for too long in the street if for some reason you get there before your food is ready.“

“This is the BEST chinese food. I go 20 minutes out of my way for Hot Wok. Always fresh and even crispy still when i get home. They have buy one, get one general tso’s chicken on the uber eats app at least once a month and a teriyaki chicken special everyday. The teriyaki chicken i daydream about. The portion sizes are amazing and they give you a lot of meat and not just a bunch of broccoli with a little bit of meat. Definitely go! Don’t hesitate.“

“Honestly, best Chinese American food around. You can actually taste the oyster sauce used. Lo Mein has a multitude of vegetables that isn't just cabbage. Sweet and sour chicken is incredibly crispy. Was very surprised how good this place was.“

“The general tso's sauce IS the best! I get the general tso's tofu (don't knock it till ya try it) and it's great every single time. Their tofu(or whatever)+ broccoli (brown sauce) is really good as well. I don't usually get the fried rice but I recall it being decent. Not a sit in restaurant and it isn't the most welcoming store front as another person as mentioned, but the food is fast and delicious and I have never had a single issue.

“I have now visited Great China a handful of times and I have to say this is now my go-to Chinese place in West Chester. The pricing is unbeatable and the quality of the food is great! “I have eaten the food and it's very good. The husband is very nice. I usually walk in. I ordered for delivery this time. One thing I'm my order was vegetable Chow Mein. (Chinese vegetables) She asked if I wanted the noodles. I said "NO, noodles are Lo Mein, I want Chow Mein. Low and behold when I opened my bag I had Lo Mein. The day before I walked in for fried rice. I initially said no to soy sauce but changed my mind 2 seconds later. Got home. No soy sauce. I understand that it gets busy but what I value most in customer service is the art of listening. I WILL continue to eat there but I quess I'll have to reiterate my request to make sure I'm getting what I want. Nobody's perfect.“

“My go-to dishes to base my chinese take-out is always an order of fried dumplings, beef chow fun, and some type of general tso's. Also got an order of cheese wontons and sweet and sour chicken. Everything I'd say is priced reasonably well compared to the local chinese takeouts near me and where I've gone in the past, would say the food may be 4.5 instead of 5 but I'll round up.

Not sure why others have said the people are mean/rude, they were friendly with me.

Overall I really enjoyed the food, price is very affordable, wait time to get the food was very quick, would switch to Chicken instead of Tofu next time. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back again when in the area.

Dumplings - Good flavor, nice chew, sauce was a little salty but balanced well with the dumplings

Beef Chow Fun - Noodles a bit overcooked but the flavor was there, beef was nice and tender, not backfilled with a ton of veggies like other places

General Tso's Tofu - Tofu was fried too long and made it kind of hard, sauce was okay, gave more broccoli than other places

Cheese Wontons - Nice crunch and pretty good flavor, sweet and sour dip from the chicken went well with it

Sweet and Sour Chicken - Chicken was tender and not dry, batter was crispy even after the drive home (30 mins)

“Since new Owner (Linda) has taken over this establishment, it has become my "go to sushi joint"!! Their sushi chefs (John & Yanni) are both amazingly talented and they have created custom sushi rolls for me according to my preferred fish and other ingredients. Presentation is awesome as is the freshness and tasty items they prepare. Linda and her Manager (Cindy) are so welcoming and very attentive to their guests...making everyone feel like a VIP!!
