“Amazingly good food. So hard to find good " any" kind of food nowadays. We had beef broccoli, vegetable lo mein, spicy shrimp and chicken garlic sauce. Everything was so cooked perfectly. Only caveat was they take cash only. But again food is good and cheap.“

When was the last time you bit into a shrimp roll and actually found a whole shrimp inside the roll, not in one but all 3. The House lomain is hot and fresh as well as delicious. If you haven't tried the new Emerald then you are missing out on a true experience. “My family has been eating here for over a decade, and we all love it so very much. The cheese wontons are a standout and the pork egg rolls are always crispy and delicious. My favorite things to order are the chicken and broccoli, boneless spare ribs, or the general tsos chicken. The workers are super friendly. I will continue to happily dine at this establishment“
“Visiting from Philly and stopped here for something small. Such a pleasant surprise for a Strawberry Center food court stop. We got the Hunan chicken and I was fully prepared for the typical chicken bits and canned veggies drowning in a brown sauce. Instead, we got a dish that's loaded with fresh seasonal veggies, not over-cooked but rather still crunchy and nutritious. The sauce is tasty too, with real peppers adding a bit of heat. We soaked it all up with the white rice. I'm just blown away - it's gourmet Asian food at 1/3 of the price I'm used to paying.“
“This is by far the best traditional Chinese/Hong Kong/Malasian style food I have had since traveling in those regions. Spring rolls simply done with perfection. Light, flaky and delicious. I have always searched for a genuine Hot and sour soup like you find in Asia. Finally I found it here. This is authentic hot and sour soup. A rich brown spicy and lightly sour broth with shredded carrots fresh mushrooms meat and tofu. Served with fresh light crispy noodles to compliment. The main course was just as good. Chicken with brocolli and chicken with snow peas were incredible. Fresh veggies and cooked to perfection. This place deserves my review. “Very busy for a rainy weeknight. I called our order ahead & still had to wait for it. Not complaining just stating business. Friendly lady at counter. She also had to help the other 2 gentlemen in the kitchen. As I waited the people kept coming in, to pick up or to get an order started. We had chicken mai fun very large portion & an egg roll surprise with tofu curry. Delicious.Parking: Only have a few parking spaces, might be more around back?“
“The only one open for Christmas in Halifax. I’ve not been a fan of Chinese food lately because I fell they use a ton of oil to where you can see the separation in the sauces used but this place is by far the best light crisp vegetables clean . They Definitely will be getting a return visit .“
“Been eating here since 2017. The food is excellent and inexpensive. I particularly love the beef w/mixed vegetables and the beef Chow Mei Fun. As somebody else mentioned, they don't really do customer service, as in checking on you while you eat. But they're very friendly and I have no doubt that if I had a problem, they would promptly fix it.“

“I was shocked to see the poor reviews on here for this place. We've ordered from here twice via Grubhub because my wife is a big fan of their coconut chicken, which is not something you see on a lot of local Chinese menus. Overall the food is solid. It tastes pretty much how you would expect from a Chinese takeout restaurant. They put more wontons in their soup than most places. I don't know that it's any better than similar establishments closer to me on the west shore, but it's not any worse, either.“

“My family and I have been looking for a good Chinese take out place near us for a while now and have finally found one! The food here was delicious, and the employee who took my order was very nice. There is plenty of seating here as well for anyone looking to eat in instead of taking it home. I got the chicken and mixed vegetables, my husband got the chicken lo mein, and our son got the chicken and broccoli, which I have added photos for reference. There was plenty of sauce in the food, the rice wasn't dry at all (we've had that experience in other places), and the crab rangoons were great and had just enough filling in them. I am very glad I came across this place and would highly recommend it.“
