This was a watch event, therfore Baltimore fans arrived via coach bus, really enjoyed them and myself. It was only a loud atmosphere secondary to the rival game. GO STEELERS!!“

I came in expecting a burger, but I stayed for the Frog Legs—the gochujang brown butter buffalo sauce is an absolute game changer. If you are looking for boring bar food, go elsewhere. Here, you have to try the Beef Tartare; the quality of the Snake River Farms beef really shines, and the soy cured yolk adds such a rich texture. For the main event, the Duck Burger is a must-order. The combination of a duck and beef fat patty with luxardo cherries and boursin cheese sounded crazy on paper, but it was incredible. This place is a culinary hidden gem.“

When I walk into a space, I come with kindness, respect, and the intention to simply enjoy good company and a welcoming atmosphere. Recently, I’ve experienced a shift in service that left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. What once felt warm and inviting has become cold and unprofessional through eye-rolling, dismissive responses, and careless service. Respect should never depend on how often someone visits, who they are, or what they look like — professionalism is the standard, not the exception. As patrons, we notice the small things — tone, body language, and how we are treated when we walk through the door. Establishments should remember that every guest is observing, every interaction matters, and every moment reflects the character of the business. My hope is simple: that businesses remain mindful of how staff attitudes shape the entire experience. Because you never know who is sitting in your seats, and you never know who is quietly witnessing the level of professionalism being offered. Respect is remembered. Kindness is remembered. “Been going for years , food is good but the wait staff totally ignored you . Ok I can understand once in a while but it keeps getting worse. Last time I called my order in, got there and waited 1/2 hour before wait staff even acknowledged us , I tipped these ladies very good over the years and they treat you horrible , I refuse to go back and give my business, when they walk past you 8 times and do not acknowledge you, it took a customer to tell them to wait on us we have been sitting there a half hour. The burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. The loaded fries had a remarkable homemade cheese sauce and fresh cooked bacon. The boneless chicken chunks were very fresh with mouth watering sauces of honey barbecue and Tai Sweet Chili. My husband said the Cajun Chicken Mac was the best he has ever had. We live in Ohio and found Nox's on the "googler" after visiting the training camp. We will surely be stopping here everytime we come to town!“

“Great Food and Atmosphere, Some Service Concerns I recently moved to the Braddock Hills area and was excited to revisit this spot, which used to be Folie’s a few years back. The food here is absolutely delicious, and it’s the perfect place to grab a bite, enjoy a margarita, and relax. That said, I’ve had a few experiences with a particular staff member that were concerning. While most of the team has been friendly and welcoming, However, barmaid (JESS who served me February the 7th around 1:49 p.m.) has been noticeably short and dismissive on a couple of occasions. For example, there were times when she rolled her eyes or responded curtly when I greeted her, even though previous visits had been pleasant. I even had an instance where my drink was placed at the very edge of the bar in a way that felt intentionally difficult. I did call to bring this to the manager’s attention to address it, no and she allegedly answered the phone as the manager, and to my experience the manager is a gentleman as well as the owner. I wanted to share it here as well. I’ve spoken with other patrons who’ve noted that her personality can sometimes affect the overall experience. While I understand everyone can have an off day, consistent professionalism and courtesy are essential in customer service, especially in a neighborhood gem like this one. Overall, I truly enjoy this restaurant—the food, ambiance, and most of the staff make it a wonderful place. “I am kind of biased as far as this establishment is concerned. It is my local go to for Drinks, Friends, Conversation and Laughs. Food is great too! Old Fashioned Burgers in the style of days gone by when your parents took you to the local gathering place for that special Burger that tasted o-h-h-h s-o-o-o GOOD!
Staff is friendly and very personable and interactive.
Bartender does cook as well, so on occasion, if a group comes in with-in a short period of time, there could be a short wait for food. They are staffed for busy time frames, but we all know that there are those days.“

“Dick's is a family owned bar that's a great place to socialize, shoot some pool and watch sports! Their juke box has a nice sounds to it. They have their own kitchen with reasonable prices for their food and drinks. The bartenders are friendly and rarely keep a customer waiting. One of the things I like most about Dick's is you RARELY EVER SEE A FIGHT! The owners, Tom and Kim Dick will be celebrating 15 years in business this winter. On special occasions they usually provide a buffet and/or dessert of some kind. Their employees are quick to stop an argument in the rare occasion one would start. Those are just a few of the reasons I love going to Dick's!!!“

Every seat had a good view of a tv with the football game on. Staff was friendly, and they even had some free pizza at halftime (during the steeler game) which was also delicious.“

“My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“
