“Had a bad day today , grandpa went to hospital so I came here to get him food during his stay , the 2 guys (big dudes no offence) were very nice and even asked about my day. Gave me a bit of hope for the day that is not going so well. Even wished him a good recovery . Sorry I didn't get their names but thank you and grandpa really enjoyed the sandwich. Our meals were very good only thing I would have liked the love chips even more if they had more powdered sugar and if the raspberry sauce was in a container so I could use more per chip. “Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“This location always makes the food the best. They Never skimp on ingredients. No issues with food quality yet.

They lose a point because I Ordered door dash pick-up, and they made the food a little earlier than the pick up time, which did sacrifice the crunchiness of some of the items. Food wasn’t as hot and fresh but still tasty.

I do think you should be able to pick up orders in the drive through. With bigger orders it would just be easier versus having to carry everything out.

Overall, I would come back to this location whenever a craving hits!“

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

I just need a little more. Daddy needs his medicine. Also, we ordered two large Electric Zapped Slushie things they got, even though they seemed egregiously overpriced, and the things come out in skinny a$$ 14 oz. cups with a three finger gap of empty real estate up top. “For people saying the service is poor, are mistaken. I come here numerous times a week and go out of my way for this location. The team is friendly and I'd rather have fresh food. Their fountain soda is also the best. My experience has always been great, and if they have ever forgotten something, always make up for it. Just call and be kind.“

Bacon was a bit wacky, and the chicken fries seemed thinner than I expected. The back of my chair also felt sticky(?) and the carpet looks like it needs to be vacuumed.

The food was still good overall, and it was only like a little over $13 for all of that. Way cheaper than other fast food joints I've been to where they overcharge for slop. Just for a quick and cheap lunch, this spot is pretty good, and you get a free paper crown.

“I go to this McDonald's on a daily basis to pick up coffee specifically in one of the pies for my breakfast on my way to work. The customer service is always thought on and quick as can be. I especially enjoy interacting with Cass as she is always friendly courteous and personable“
