I had a tough day, but Shawn at Chipotle really turned it around. His kindness and excellent service made all the difference. Despite my rough day, he greeted me with a smile and made sure my meal was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Shanw, for brightening my day!

“I want to give a huge thank you to Jade for being the MVP of this location! She is always a bright light whenever I visit to pick up my order. She works extremely hard and is excellent.
In a world where everyone wants everything immediately, she handles her work with professionalism and efficiency (even when customers are extremely disrespectful).
On multiple occasions, I’ve seen people come in with attitudes and take out their frustration on her for simply doing her job. Yet, she has always remained calm and still works quickly.
Thank you, Jade! I hope both you and your team receive all the necessary staffing and help to take some of the burden off during those long days. You each are very much appreciated.

“Food was great. Disappointed in staff who was preparing my food. She never made any conversation while preparing. I thanked her & she never responded. I realized she was on her phone with an ear pod. Very unprofessional to be on a personal call while working“
“I got my burrito on Friday Dec 22nd. This is a mix but I ordered my steak burrito and the girl who served me was so rude and kept rolling her eyes and sighing when i asked for sides, thankfully another girl i think her name was gabi who served me and she was very nice and beautifully rolled my burrito. I enjoyed her service more than the other server as if the sides are coming out of her paycheck. Anyways gabby and Samera (cashier name from the receipt), you both deserve a raise ?.“
“Had to put a worker in a choke hold and horse kick him for my free bowl as promised even though, winning was never mentioned in the bet.
But I will say the bowl was delicious and absolutely cleared out my bowels.
Free food and laxatives?

“The food was good , they gave me good portions , although they should have more vegan options for cheese this was still a plus for the tofu , this particular spot is sometimes packed so it gets dirty in there but there’s seats outside. Would not recommend if you are a vegan who wants vegan cheese I. Their meal but overall still good.

“This location gets quite busy during the lunch hour rush. However, they have a separate pickup area on the side for online orders.
This Chipotle is inside the 1 Liberty Place food court. There is a large seating area surrounding this location.
I ordered the Chicken and Steak Salad with roasted corn salsa. It was delicious - and the bowl was almost overflowing with food!“

“So this is the closet Chipotle to where I live. I've been here a few times & I honestly never had a problem. The staff greeted me when I walked in the door, got my order right, & assisted me with using their fancy payment terminal - all while juggling my order & people picking up orders. That's great customer service. Also, the place was kinda busy the one day I was there & it was still spotless.
I'd honestly give them more stars but they only allow 5. Keep up the good work gang.“

“These reviews are wack. This might be the last true chipotle left in the country. Unless you go during the busiest hours, the portions are legitimately great, the staff are attentive and fast, and the main weekday chef should be working in a top tier restaurant. I’m not joking, this guy might be a Ratatouille situation, he’s fantastic. Thank you to everyone at this location for consistently making me remember why chipotle is still worth it“
“Today I looked over at the protein and became curious what the dark season meat was. They said was brisket and it was a seasonal item. Then the chef walked over and said to me, “I’m going to let you know secret about the brisket… It is made with love.” The line crew and I were laughing about it. To be honest, it was delicious. Tender and seasoned well. You can tell it a good team there because they were joking with each other but doing their job at the same time. I will be back before brisket season is over. Can’t put a price on loving you job.“
