“The staff although abrupt in handling customer orders was efficient and coordinated. They were always aware of what was asked from the customer even down the line from their assigned space in the food/ ingredient stations.
At the register the staff was able to clearly communicate that we had ordered a “large guac” and the staff member receiving this message made it clear that they had heard this and were happy and ready to get it together for our order.
The food was fresh, well seasoned and exactly the way I like when I go to chipotle!
Would go back to this location again.“
“I got my burrito on Friday Dec 22nd. This is a mix but I ordered my steak burrito and the girl who served me was so rude and kept rolling her eyes and sighing when i asked for sides, thankfully another girl i think her name was gabi who served me and she was very nice and beautifully rolled my burrito. I enjoyed her service more than the other server as if the sides are coming out of her paycheck. Anyways gabby and Samera (cashier name from the receipt), you both deserve a raise ?.“

“My 13yr is on the spectrum. It was 45 min before close and they were still busy. Working in a restaurant you could tell they had been slammed. They cooked fresh honey chicken, the line was backing up behind my kid. I told the last i needed to step away to help him, he's on the spectrum. It's loud and it had been a long day. She went we got you boo. She leaned to the other lady and you could immediately see her engage in helping him through all the choices. Same at the register, the guy asked my kid loudly, what protein you got. Same i told him i would be right back, he's on the spectrum. He went nope, walked over in front of him to ask. I know they were shutting down and were getting hammered again but wow. They did not have to be that nice“
“Please note that they don’t recognize you as customers if you complete a mobile order. Looks like it’s an ongoing trend for about a year. I was told the passcode to use the bathroom was on the bottom of the receipt. I looked at my mobile receipt and did not find the passcode. Then the worker replied to me in a very snarky way and said I had to purchase something at the store in order to reveal the bathroom passcode.“

“The food was good , they gave me good portions , although they should have more vegan options for cheese this was still a plus for the tofu , this particular spot is sometimes packed so it gets dirty in there but there’s seats outside. Would not recommend if you are a vegan who wants vegan cheese I. Their meal but overall still good.

My young daughter was concerned about the oil used for the food as she was unaware what it was he took the time to nicely explain to her what it was and how it’s used. “I go here very frequently as I work around the corner. It is a very, very busy location as Drexel is right there; but all the employees are always very kind to me and make sure my order is made correctly. The food is delicious every time as well. I hate to see these negative reviews, I think people are often impatient with restaurant workers and expect things to be exactly how they want it - no line, ingredients never run out, etc. This is an extremely high volume chipotle location so obviously they’re going to do their best, and they still deliver my meal every time exactly right, with a smile!!“

“I come here often and the guys in the afternoon are very sweet and they make sure my food is to my liking. Great customer service however I decided to come here tonight and I usually don’t come at this hour and it wasn’t welcoming at all. There was a short lady with glasses that was preparing food and she was a bit nasty and it’s like she was barely putting any food in my bowl and it’s like she was purposely doing it as if she was trying to upset me I wish I could explain it but her coworker knew what she was doing because he was smirking . The crazy part is if I say can I have a little more she would say well that’s double but you was barely giving me anything inside of my bowl also her demeanor was nasty and so was the big guy that was checking us out who was smirking…They do not need to be in the front at all“
