“I placed a Chipotle Catering order for a corporate lunch event of a company in Camden, NJ, blissfully unaware that my taco dreams would be outsourced to DoorDash and that my food would embark on a cross-state adventure—because apparently, “closest by mileage” means “let’s send your lunch on a road trip.”
Our DoorDash driver arrived right on time, but with a plot twist worthy of a telenovela: all the cold items were missing. No guac. No salsa. No lettuce. It was a “build your own taco and bowl” order, but the only thing we could build was disappointment. Even the flour tortillas were MIA—maybe they were off living their best life in another state.
Twenty-five hungry professionals stared at the hot bowls, their eyes full of hope and their hearts full of lettuce-shaped holes. Our driver, channeling the spirit of “Dumb and Dumber,” announced it would take 30+ minutes to retrieve the forgotten items. At this point, the only thing colder than our missing toppings was the mood in the room.
But then, like a culinary superhero with no cape (just pure competence), the Chipotle manager called and personally delivered the missing cold items. The legend arrived, lettuce in hand, ready to restore order to our taco kingdom. Tortillas reunited. Bowls restored. Lettuce avenged. The crowd went wild—okay, maybe just a polite round of applause, but in our hearts, it was a standing ovation.
1000/5 stars to the Chipotle manager working the lunch shift on 9/11/25. 0/5 to the DoorDash driver. If I could rescind the tip, I’d do it faster than you can say “guac is extra.”“
“The girl on the line should be recognized for her patience and kindness. She had a difficult family ordering one at a time for their kids and her smile never left her face despite trying to keep the line moving and onto the next customer. Great experience.“
“My 13yr is on the spectrum. It was 45 min before close and they were still busy. Working in a restaurant you could tell they had been slammed. They cooked fresh honey chicken, the line was backing up behind my kid. I told the last i needed to step away to help him, he's on the spectrum. It's loud and it had been a long day. She went we got you boo. She leaned to the other lady and you could immediately see her engage in helping him through all the choices. Same at the register, the guy asked my kid loudly, what protein you got. Same i told him i would be right back, he's on the spectrum. He went nope, walked over in front of him to ask. I know they were shutting down and were getting hammered again but wow. They did not have to be that nice“
“I got my burrito on Friday Dec 22nd. This is a mix but I ordered my steak burrito and the girl who served me was so rude and kept rolling her eyes and sighing when i asked for sides, thankfully another girl i think her name was gabi who served me and she was very nice and beautifully rolled my burrito. I enjoyed her service more than the other server as if the sides are coming out of her paycheck. Anyways gabby and Samera (cashier name from the receipt), you both deserve a raise ?.“
“Please note that they don’t recognize you as customers if you complete a mobile order. Looks like it’s an ongoing trend for about a year. I was told the passcode to use the bathroom was on the bottom of the receipt. I looked at my mobile receipt and did not find the passcode. Then the worker replied to me in a very snarky way and said I had to purchase something at the store in order to reveal the bathroom passcode.“

I had a tough day, but Shawn at Chipotle really turned it around. His kindness and excellent service made all the difference. Despite my rough day, he greeted me with a smile and made sure my meal was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Shanw, for brightening my day!

“The food was good , they gave me good portions , although they should have more vegan options for cheese this was still a plus for the tofu , this particular spot is sometimes packed so it gets dirty in there but there’s seats outside. Would not recommend if you are a vegan who wants vegan cheese I. Their meal but overall still good.

“Shot out to Mekhi and shakeina for their exceptional customer service and accommodations on what to order at this location. They were extremely kind and helpful. I didn’t care too much for the salad bowl I got but once they gave their accommodations I added it and it made my bowl so much better. Keep up the great work guys. Truly appreciative.“
“This location gets quite busy during the lunch hour rush. However, they have a separate pickup area on the side for online orders.
This Chipotle is inside the 1 Liberty Place food court. There is a large seating area surrounding this location.
I ordered the Chicken and Steak Salad with roasted corn salsa. It was delicious - and the bowl was almost overflowing with food!“

“I usually go to this Chipotle and they do a better job than the other ones in the area. Have never done a review though. However reviewing just for today because today I placed a pick-up order and they STOCKED IT UP. Best bowl I’ve ever had. No idea who made it, but you are my savior. I was having the worst day ever and you gave my life reason.“
“I go to this chipotle often and let me tell you it’s always a miss because they just don’t care. However, today 7/14 I don’t know who was on the grill today but this bowl is the best bowl I’ve had in a long time in Philly. Great job!“
“Food was good , but the service was horrible so many people at the register talking about inappropriate stuff but I couldn’t looked over that but they were no help only had one young serving while she was yelling to talk in then conversation. But food was good“
“Today I looked over at the protein and became curious what the dark season meat was. They said was brisket and it was a seasonal item. Then the chef walked over and said to me, “I’m going to let you know secret about the brisket… It is made with love.” The line crew and I were laughing about it. To be honest, it was delicious. Tender and seasoned well. You can tell it a good team there because they were joking with each other but doing their job at the same time. I will be back before brisket season is over. Can’t put a price on loving you job.“
