Heng Seng Restaurant Reviews
Specializing in noodle soups from South East Asia, they also have choice of dry noodles too if you like. Beside the soups, they also have fried options and fried rice dishes too
Delicious option for kuy teav[1] - Cambodian noodle soup - and they're open early (9am)! Besides noodles, try their special fried rice, it comes with all the proteins, including savory beef.

Heng Seng Restaurant is a small, authentic establishment that serves traditional Cambodian cuisine. The menu offers a range of dishes, including Cambodian noodle soup, crispy noodle seafood, and kewtiaw beef. The restaurant also caters to the local Vietnamese community, offering a Vietnamese-inspired menu option, Phnom Penh rice noodle. The noodle soups are generous in portion and flavorful, with a rich and traditional broth. The Hu tieu nam vang broth is particularly praised for its amazing flavor, and the Phnom Penh soup is noted for its variety of proteins and flavorful profile. Customers also enjoy the fresh and crispy fried dough that complements the soups. The service is warm and friendly, with staff speaking both English and Khmer. While the restaurant may have some inconsistencies in hours and closures, it is a great option for those seeking an authentic Cambodian dining experience.
