Late evening in Rittenhouse and it was surprisingly quiet. This bar felt like good value, with generous pours that didn't break the bank. Service was efficient, though perhaps a little too brief for my liking. Still, a pleasant stop.
Stopped in with a group of eight for cocktails, and the hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived.
Charlie at the hostess stand deserves special recognition. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome right away. We stopped by The Library bar on our walk through Rittenhouse Square and it did NOT disappoint. We had a semi-large group of 8 people and the hostess/server Charlie just radiated warmth and kindness. She is 100% the type of glowing person you want to greet your clients if you want them to feel welcome and at home. The drinks were beautifully crafted, the servers were all wonderful-10/10, will be coming back!
