“They were just switching to lunch and I ordered breakfast. The young lady explained to me they were switching to the lunch menu but would still able to make the breakfast combo I ordered. Even though I had to wait a little longer I didn’t mind because of how professional and kind the lady was. Need more people like her. Thank you.“

“I really like this Wendy's. It puts the two other, nearby locations on Aramingo Avenue to shame. I have ordered from here a number of times and they have always got my order exactly right, no matter how complicated. The food is always fresh. The staff is friendly. The restaurant itself it super clean if you want to eat-in and the flowers on every table are a very nice, thoughtful touch. Thank you, Wendy's 2nd and Lehigh! <3“

“Honestly...of the two Wendy's close to the neighborhood of East Falls where I live, this one and the one up in Roxborough on Roxborough Avenue, they're both usually about the same - orders, if you aren't complicated about what you want, and check before you drive off, are generally correct and the same consistency/quality (about 6.5/10). This one tends to be a bit busier later at night, but it's a bit closer to my house so it's usually my default one (about once every month or two). The staff over the past few months has gotten friendlier, but it's still mostly young folks so they seem to talk as much as they work and the lines backup - plus given the proximity to certain parts of the city, service is slower as people don't know what the hell they want, take forever to order, or are ordering for like 10 kids at a time. But I appreciate the fact that the staff is nice and outgoing now and while the food is NEVER hot and fresh as the corporate guarantee says - it's at least correct and decent quality.“

“All went well at this establishment. The parking was plenty the staff was abundant. The place was well lit the lighting was good . The floors counters table tops all looked clean neat and disinfected. The food water and drinks was all in its place neat and organized. The food ordered was hot and fresh .the attendant was helpful and kind. Even the bathrooms were all nice and clean. No issues or hassles here. My experience at this location was awesome. Worked like a well oiled machine.

“I come to this location quite a bit. I patronized the 3600 aramingo location until this one opened. I would be surprised if the 3600 aramingo is under the same ownership because the attitude and the aptitude doesn't compare.
This location runs much smoother, the attitudes are better and the food fresher in my opinion. Clearly, at the end of the day its fast food and comes with any associated problems.
All things considered i recommend this Wendy's as by far the best location in the area. They seem to actually care and try for the people, and perhaps most importantly they keep the drive through line moving.“

“I just was walking up Adam's Avenue in the searing, 95⁰ plus heat and I wanted to get a drink of water, and fill my thermos container with ice water, and they allowed me to, as well as recharge my cellphone - This is compassion and I will always be a customer because of it.“

“Walking up to the entrance, there were two men cleaning up the perimeter of the structure. A while of me being there, I noticed associates scrubbing down tables and chairs, getting on their knees and working out tarnished furniture. Just arriving inside, the music overhead was way too loud and hurt your ears. Decided to ask for a lowered volume, and they did so in a quick manner with an understanding. 👏 Applause! This particular location 🫂 cares! 💯“

“This location is always crowded at dinner. Dune in option isn't available. Last time I went was the shortest time ever in drive thru. I waited 6 minutes to get my food, which is not long considering I have waited 15 minutes before. My food was hot, my order was filled correctly and the food was good. I hope whatever management was in duty tonight will continue to work there. It made a big difference.“

“If I could give less than one star I would. I have visited Wendys on a pretty much nationwide level. with that being said this is the most horrific experience I have yet to have. I ordered the chili that seems to be some soup with broken burgers in it. there was only one flavor available in the drink machine they had no napkins or straws . why are they open???the burgers are cold. this place gives Wendys a bad name please close this location.“

“Who actually helps me the mechanic at A. Bob's... Heart of gold? That's the girl that helped me... Genuinely! You must saw me melting from the heat and I won't forget that genuinely helped me with service and kindness? A great understatement that Wendy's deserves pay increase to that girl! Don't lose her! “Came here to get food for my son. He barely eats Wendy’s so I was surprised when he asked for it.
I first want to say that I like they have a ring camera on the door and security. Felt safe. I am going to assume something transpired for them to start that. The workers were working extremely hard. I was impressed by their hard work. The food was fresh and hot. Fries were super good lol. Tried the Wednesday sauce and I must say it tasted like a crazy spicy mayo lol.

They also have a weight machine to weigh the orders for DoorDash and uber eats to make sure that they packed all the customers orders correctly. I thought that was a cool idea and liked watching them pack the orders and weigh them. Lol“

“The manager was great, she was doing her thing big one, respectful not just to the customers but to her team also. It was very refreshing to see. From the outside looking in she was killing it. Ask one of her employees her name I think he said Ms. Tayler. She is great‼“

“First of all, let me congratulate the manager on duty, don't know her name, but she got long hair and glasses. She asked me if I was waiting for pick up or to order and she was doing something else, but took care of me right away. Very polite and professional at the same time. The food was ready in no time, I asked her for a big bag and she went to the back to getting it and at the end she gave me a $2.00 gift card for the next time I come by to order. Appreciate your help, you got an excellent team! A++++++“

“So our wait was long but that was understandable because they were very busy. The food was good but I think it’s also an ulta and they like to mix and match because there was an eyeliner pencil half used at the bottom of my bag. Thanks because I was running out. I’m being so serious.“

“Grubhub orders are never right. There’s always missing items, or just entirely wrong orders put in the bag. Waiting to see what you’ll get is like receiving a mystery box; like opening a Christmas present from a distant uncle who doesn’t know you, so whatever you get from him will be unexpected. Ordering form this Wendy’s adds the whimsy and humor to my life I didn’t know I was missing. Incredible. 5 stars.“

“This busy Center City Wendy's location gets a bad reputation for slow service, however, I have never had an issue with waiting when ordering ahead.

The location seems to be understaffed, but the staff are all nice and helpful. I modify items and never have issues with the modifications. When they are out of a menu item for a pickup order, they will often offer a free nugget or frosty for the inconvenience.

The interior is small and has very limited seating options, but many tables have outlets beneath them, which is helpful for a quick recharge on a lunch break. For a location so close to City Hall, it's cleaner than I would have expected.

Don't judge this location like you would a suburbs standalone location, they are not facing the same challenges.“
