“Went to the drive-thru and i said 6 spicy nuggets and the order taker was like spicy nuggets? I said yes then she said how many? As if i didn't just say 6 nuggets spicy. And when i got around to get my food the food person looked confused and annoyed but forgot a few things in my order and was just handing stuff out was handing me someone else order and i had to tell her no but you forgot this, this , and this. But the food was good.“

Usually good besides sometimes the burgers arent cooked all the way, manager is very nice although some ladys are very rude and ignorant, i once was there and they’re were workers getting dressed in the bathroom getting ready for a party, and finally atmosphere, the bathrooms are usually wet on the floors because they do not clean them often the dining area is sometimes messy sometimes clean really depends on the day tho! I really recommend using drive thru if ur getting food here!“

“Had the "Dave's Single" with ketchup; got CHEESE in that 'burger too, which had NOT expected. Yum-O!But the two carbonated-beverage fountains BOTH had their contents almost depleted! Was forced to settle for a large ginger ale, with NO ice. The ice would have melted into and diluted the ginger ale, which was ALREADY cold enough not even to NEED the ice.Ate very well indeed, though it DID cost some coin.“
“My fiancé and I, had a wonderful experience going threw the drive threw. Other Wendy's we went to on Saturday afternoon were packed and inside were long lines. We drove to Broad st. Near Olney and were severd immediately! Fast service with good tasting food. This will always be my favorite Wendy's Broad and Champlost st.Parking: Free with empty spaces.“
“This Wendy's is pretty good with getting the order correct and have everything prepared quickly, especially during lunch time hours. My only qualm would be the quality of service at night. I think they need to hire additional staff on assembly line for faster service.“

There are TV sets inside so that you will be thoroughly entertained , as well as USB ports and chargers at tables add tables so that you may charge your phone or laptop while dining.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, the only thing is the doorways are not really made for people in wheelchairs, they don't open correctly or have the right angles for you to Wheel in comfortably.“
“My first time visiting. I ordered a fish meal without tartar, my friend fish lite tartar. The fish was overcooked. The lite tartar was correct. The service was friendly, & the place was clean. I might try the place again if I'm in the area, but I'd definitely tell them to watch my order. They have a modern beverage machine with a vast selection of drinks. I had already ordered a vanilla frosty, but would have tried the cream soda if I'd known it was available.Parking: We parked in the front. “Well, I was having a terrible day until my drive thru experience at Wendy's at around 12ish pm today 3/13. I needed a big smile and my server ( Yep - my personal server at the window) greeted me at the window with a gigantic and customer service smile. TAKE NOTE: Drive thru experiences can be mental healing for many. It's not always about the food, but kind and authentic service can be a type of counsel. “I absolutely love this Wendy’s all the employees are wonderful hard workers, I come here atleast once a week, I was just by on Wednesday and a boy I believe name is angel as it said on the receipt of my order was very kind. I appreciate all the effort and time he put into helping me with my order and made sure everything was correct what a lovely young man, and the whole staff was very quick with my order. We need more people like that to do customer service. I’ll be looking forward to coming here more and more.“
“I read these reviews while looking for the closest place to eat and expect another horrible experience at a poorly managed fast food restaurant. This place was exactly the opposite. It was 1150pm and I used the drive-thru: the fries were hot and fresh, no wait- the entire visit lasted under 10 minutes, the staff/service - excellent!!!“

“I eat here from time to time, and the burgers always tend to be cold or old. I don't know if they changed management, but it used to be a lot cleaner in there as well. Staff is usually pretty friendly, nothing to complain about but nothing special. The only reason I come here is because it's the only fast food joint in Center City where I can get a $5 biggie bag for cheap eats. However I don't choose to come here unless I'm desperate. “We went through the drive thru for my cuzn. She said everything was hot and delicious. She asked if they put onion on the burger they said yes. However it was one ring in the middle of the burger lol.. it was her only complaint. The nuggets were hot and the food good. The guy taking the order sounded like he needed to go back to bed. But the pickup window was fine. Overall would go back.“
