“We tried Dosa Cupcakes for the first time and we are so happy we did! The cupcakes were beautiful as well as delicious and not too sweet! We tried the blueberry lemon, the chocolate peanut butter and the strawberry pretzel salad cupcake (great for sweet and salty)…all 3 fantastic! We also tried the shortbread dippers too..so good! I wish we took pictures of our goodies but we ate them too fast!! Also what a friendly couple running this business! Always outgoing and willing to spend time describing their cupcakes to customers with a smile. Also come to find out they have a store front too in Pitcairn and they do much more than just cupcakes. When you see them out and about…. Definitely give them a try!“

“I check the weekly offerings and try to plan a trip when something sounds appealing. I will say that I have enjoyed 95% of the ones I tried. You can't go wrong with the semi-sweet chocolate chip. The pineapple upside down cake was delicious. The orange creamsicle flavor was spot on. They recently had a peanut butter crisp cookie featuring Butterfinger. It tasted like the candy bar in cookie form.“

The service was also excellent, the woman at the counter was so lovely and kind, she went the extra mile and even brought us out a free coffee to have with our biscotti. “I would not expect to enjoy gluten-free bread, however, a chance encounter with Wild Rise’s Sourdough bread was a surprising epiphany. Toasted, with peanut butter or almond butter, and a little honey, it’s an incredible lunch. And I’m used to eating gluten rich breads, and meats for lunch. I can truly say the flavors and textures are as satisfying to me as what I normally eat for lunch… I am amazed! Give this stuff a try!“

“Stopped by Apple Harvest today and what a hidden gem this is. First, the staff recognized it was my first time there and they offered samples and gave me their personal reviews of the bakery items. I tried an assortment of items and was so pleased with all of them. They have traditional bakery items, but with a little flair too. Their glazed donut is in the shape of a square. So a little unique in the creativity. We can’t wait to go back and try some more things.“

“Cakes by Colby made what seemed like a difficult choice a super easy one! From moment one walking in the door, you could see the artistry in her work and where her specialties lay. The tasting was a delight, and if anything we ate waaaaay too much while were there, but it was all so incredibly good! Fast forward to the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch and the cake was absolutely gorgeous! “We have always gotten our special occasion cakes here. They have always been decorated beautifully and tasted amazing. Just recently, our kids got my retirement cake here. It was moist and tasted wonderful, but the decorating was disappointing. Icing colors were dark and the writing left much to be desired. Icing flowers weren't that great.They used to have a lady that wrote in calligraphy and the cakes were decorated so beautifully, that you didn't want to cut it!! They used to decorate with the most beautiful flowers and ask you what kind you wanted on the cake. We were disappointed with the decorated part...not the taste of the cake.“

“my best friend's mother passed and I heard that nobody was bringing food to the funeral home they were going to be there all day from 2:00 till 8:00 at night I called around to a few places they were all booked nobody could squeeze me in I called the water front Giant eagle the gentleman put me on hold and checked with his manager and the manager said since it was such an emergency he was squeezing me in. the food was done on time it was perfect.
