“Out of all the Chipotles in Pittsburgh, this is my favorite one. It usually has most (if not all) of the things that I want in my meal. Keep in mind, I do usually go towards the end of the night so it's understandable that things are out of stock by that time.
The servers here are also great. I had an especially good experience last night with Val. Will certainly continue to come to _this_ Pittsburgh Chipotle, if I can help it :) Go Baum!“

“I stopped by for takeout and wow, the salad with carnitas was amazing. To be honest, the carnitas was the best I’ve ever had from any Chipotle… juicy, tender, and if I closed my eyes it was like eating something my mom made. Yes, I did just say that. “Went in for lunch, and bought two chipotle honey chicken burritos. I've never been in and out of chipotle so fast in my life! They had my burritos together in less than a minute and the staff was very pleasant and had a great vibe working together. There were several new employees, which were also friendly, and the manager was on top of the whole situation, training them on the fly. My food was excellent, that's about all on that note! Thank you guys, you do a great job 👍“
“I visited the Chipotle in the Strip District during a hectic dinner hour, and they were also juggling a big catering order at the same time. Despite the pressure, the team handled everything with incredible professionalism and speed. The line moved quickly, and every staff member stayed calm, courteous, and focused.
My food was fresh, perfectly prepared, and exactly how I ordered it. You could tell the team was working hard behind the scenes, but they never let the stress show. It’s rare to see that level of coordination and customer care during such a busy time. Huge kudos to the crew for delivering top-notch service under pressure—I’ll definitely be coming back!

“The lady assembling the food is doing a great job. She was doing it alone, as all the other men working just walked away from her. Then we watched her manager reprimand her for not letting other people help her. Crazy when everyone else is lolligagging and she’s the only one pulling her weight and then some.“
“It’s 8:45pm on a Monday night after a long 12-hour day. I’m sitting at the light at Town Square Way and Clairton Blvd staring at the Chipotle sign, debating whether I should even go in.
If you’ve been here before, you know the gamble — missing ingredients, long waits with only two people ahead of you… it’s been hit or miss. (I’ll admit, I was spoiled by the Mt. Lebanon Chipotle from 2012–2016, so maybe my bar is high.)
I’m having an internal battle: do I give Brentwood another shot, or drive five more minutes down toward the old Century III Mall location?
Light turns green. I say, “You know what? Seventh time’s the charm.”
I pull in, park, walk inside… and immediately notice I don’t recognize any of the staff. Hope level rising.
First thing I do? Scan the line for ingredients. BOOM. Everything is stocked. 2 for 2.
Step up to order and — on top of that — I get a compliment on my jacket. At that point I’m thinking, what more could I ask for?
Ordered, paid, and out the door in under 5 minutes. Slow clap.

“Absolutely wonderful joint! They had all the best deals on my favorite drugs! erm... vegetables. There was a raid going on too, which added to the excitement. I recommend to all and am definitely coming back!!!

“Visited this Chipotle during visit to university to grab lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. We placed the order for Veggie Burrito and Burrito bowl. The ingredents were okay not super fresh but not stale either. Otherwise, its a typical Chipotle fast food with okay quality. The restaurant and restrooms are maintained clean.“
“I tried that new Chipotle honey chicken in a bowl and it was really good! But I think I was more impressed with how great of a job the staff did. They were timely, kind, and accommodating when I asked for specific things. This location in McCandless Crossing is leaps and bounds above the other location in McKnight. If you can help it, just come to this one. It's only 3-5 min up the road. Staff was really sweet!“
“I visited this Chipotle on a Saturday evening close to closing time. I think, given the circumstances, this was a good experience. They were understaffed, there appeared to be one employee present. This is, however, a common experience with chain, quick serve, restaurants that have trouble with staffing and/ or are inadequately supported by the corporate owners.
My Chipotle Honey Chicken Burrito Bowl was prepared fresh and as ordered. Despite the fact that this location was about to close and had also apparently just had a rush of business, my chicken was cooked fresh on the grill right in front of me. I was disappointed that they had ran out of guacamole so I didn't receive that. But my food tasted great.
I gave four stars for atmosphere only because the restaurant was a little messy, especially near the drink station. I want to point out though that that is not the solely present employee's fault. Corporate and/ or Management should be staffing this location appropriately so that all of the needs and demands of the business are being addressed.“
“I asked for the Chicken with fajita vegetables. The vegetables were dried out and the chicken was dry. I asked for fresh vegetables and was told that there wasn't anymore. It's 2:00pm the store is open til 9pm. So late customers get no vegetables?Is this food left over from a previous day? I expected better.“
“The staff here are some of the most pleasant people by which I have ever been served. Mr Shawn not only smiled and mainted professionalism while guiding me through the menu, but I actually felt welcomed when he told me to come back soon. The place was immaculate and still smiling staff members cleaned thoroughly throughout the store as if the stainless steel could be polished further. The food is still fresh and hot and I was excited to get home and eat, and it is delicious; Many, many deli shoes. EVERYONE at this store deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend.“
