“Thank god, finally, FINALLY. We all know Chipotles golden years are far behind us. I’m not kidding around when I say I give chipotle a chance about twice a year. For about 7 consecutive years, around 12-14 visits, they have failed me and my family. In one way or the other.. or all ways.. anyways, I’m so happy to say that I went into this newer chipotle in Robinson today with my daughter, and we were treated with excellent customer service, delicious ingredients (all available might I add) and quick service in general. As someone who has worked in food for years now I really appreciated the crew and the food today. (03/10/2026)“
“I think they are really making an effort to improve and be more consistent. I stopped in on a Friday evening and was greeted by a super friendly employee named JR. He had such a welcoming vibe and was really efficient. I was pleased to see all of the ingredients available for selection and everything looked fresh. It seemed that there was a staffing issue JR was helping the manager with, so I felt like I couldn’t give 5 stars for everything. Management should know that the customer service JR had is something that should be invested in. There are a lot of residents in the neighborhood who would be willing to be regulars if this location was consistent. Glad to see the effort!“
“Truly love this location. Have never had any issues with my order here opposed to the waterfront location. The inside of the store is cleanly and welcoming. Portion sizes are always on point, and they have always gotten my mobile order correct. Highly recommend this location :)“

“Absolutely wonderful joint! They had all the best deals on my favorite drugs! erm... vegetables. There was a raid going on too, which added to the excitement. I recommend to all and am definitely coming back!!!

“Always busy, sometimes they run out of stuff, but it’s understandable. Chipotle slaps. Never disappoints. The customer service here is wonderful too. I’m convinced that many of the haters are just not well mentally. There’s so much to be thankful for and the food as well as the staff here are both unbeatable.“
“I have stopped by this location 2-3 times a week for lunch for about 2 years now, needless to say the food is great! My mobile order is consistently ready on time and Kirk always greets me when I arrive and even took the time and effort to remember my name. I can only assume previous poor reviews were from previous management because this location has been on the ball!“
“Can’t tell you how many times I’ve considered leaving a one-star for this location in the past, but lately it’s been mostly on point. The crew of four that just served me today had the most well-oiled operation. Place was relatively clean considering the amount of business, and there were actually napkins in the dispensers.. couldn’t believe it myself. Well done Sunday crew 4/19“
“I tried that new Chipotle honey chicken in a bowl and it was really good! But I think I was more impressed with how great of a job the staff did. They were timely, kind, and accommodating when I asked for specific things. This location in McCandless Crossing is leaps and bounds above the other location in McKnight. If you can help it, just come to this one. It's only 3-5 min up the road. Staff was really sweet!“
“I visited this Chipotle on a Saturday evening close to closing time. I think, given the circumstances, this was a good experience. They were understaffed, there appeared to be one employee present. This is, however, a common experience with chain, quick serve, restaurants that have trouble with staffing and/ or are inadequately supported by the corporate owners.
My Chipotle Honey Chicken Burrito Bowl was prepared fresh and as ordered. Despite the fact that this location was about to close and had also apparently just had a rush of business, my chicken was cooked fresh on the grill right in front of me. I was disappointed that they had ran out of guacamole so I didn't receive that. But my food tasted great.
I gave four stars for atmosphere only because the restaurant was a little messy, especially near the drink station. I want to point out though that that is not the solely present employee's fault. Corporate and/ or Management should be staffing this location appropriately so that all of the needs and demands of the business are being addressed.“
“Ever since this Chipotle opened in the area, I’ve switched completely to only ordering from here. The quantity and quality of the food has been consistent and great each time. The staff has been friendly and quick with orders. I don’t review much, but wanted to recognize this establishment for having really hearty bowls and burritos. They truly do not skimp out for the order when in person!“
