“My favorite Chipotle in the South Hills area. Pickup orders are typically on time. Orders seem to be put together with care with the right balance of ingredients (and when you ask for extra of something, you actually get it, unlike other locations!).“

“I stopped by for takeout and wow, the salad with carnitas was amazing. To be honest, the carnitas was the best I’ve ever had from any Chipotle… juicy, tender, and if I closed my eyes it was like eating something my mom made. Yes, I did just say that. I was totally surprised. The guac was delicious and the chips were fresh. Florine who made my salad was so kind and generous. Thank you!“

Joke! I left and drove a few miles down to Brentwood chipotle WOW the whole store was an amazing vibe it was peace and tranquility! The store was busy but yet they treated every customer kind and with the upmost respect! This happened July 29th arouns 230-330pm 2024. That's how angry I was and have been I wanted to give fair judgement without being blinded by my own anger. “Went in for lunch, and bought two chipotle honey chicken burritos. I've never been in and out of chipotle so fast in my life! They had my burritos together in less than a minute and the staff was very pleasant and had a great vibe working together. There were several new employees, which were also friendly, and the manager was on top of the whole situation, training them on the fly. My food was excellent, that's about all on that note! Thank you guys, you do a great job 👍“
“Traveling for a tournament and ordered through Grubhub, was worried food is going to be messed up seeing their low rating. To be surprise, absolutely loved both the veg and meat bowl. Great quantity , tasted fresh and right spice level .

“Absolutely wonderful joint! They had all the best deals on my favorite drugs! erm... vegetables. There was a raid going on too, which added to the excitement. I recommend to all and am definitely coming back!!!

“The place is good. It's smaller than most Chipotles, but that's understandable considering the area. The first lady attending me wasn't the nicest and acted like it was such an inconvenience that I ordered a kids built your own meal. The second person adding the vegetables wasn't filling up the sections too much, but he did after I asked him to. And the young lady at working at the registers today (12/09/24) at noon 10/10! I can't remember her name but she was very friendly and nice.

“I visited this Chipotle on a Saturday evening close to closing time. I think, given the circumstances, this was a good experience. They were understaffed, there appeared to be one employee present. This is, however, a common experience with chain, quick serve, restaurants that have trouble with staffing and/ or are inadequately supported by the corporate owners.
My Chipotle Honey Chicken Burrito Bowl was prepared fresh and as ordered. Despite the fact that this location was about to close and had also apparently just had a rush of business, my chicken was cooked fresh on the grill right in front of me. I was disappointed that they had ran out of guacamole so I didn't receive that. But my food tasted great.
I gave four stars for atmosphere only because the restaurant was a little messy, especially near the drink station. I want to point out though that that is not the solely present employee's fault. Corporate and/ or Management should be staffing this location appropriately so that all of the needs and demands of the business are being addressed.“
“I asked for the Chicken with fajita vegetables. The vegetables were dried out and the chicken was dry. I asked for fresh vegetables and was told that there wasn't anymore. It's 2:00pm the store is open til 9pm. So late customers get no vegetables?Is this food left over from a previous day? I expected better.“
“I tried that new Chipotle honey chicken in a bowl and it was really good! But I think I was more impressed with how great of a job the staff did. They were timely, kind, and accommodating when I asked for specific things. This location in McCandless Crossing is leaps and bounds above the other location in McKnight. If you can help it, just come to this one. It's only 3-5 min up the road. Staff was really sweet!“
