About McDonald's

This McDonald's in Penn Hills offers quick service, never runs out of products, and has dedicated management. It has plenty of parking spots, a kids menu, and wheelchair accessibility. Under new ownership, the restaurant is now more customer-oriented and pleasant to interact with. Although there was a mistake with an order, it was corrected and a complimentary hash brown was given. Service is generally fast, but order accuracy can sometimes be an issue, especially when busy. Customers should check their orders carefully, as mistakes like incorrect sizes or missing items have been reported. The indoor area is small and could benefit from an upgrade to provide a more comfortable dining experience. Overall, it’s a typical McDonald's with friendly staff and convenient features, but customers should pay attention to their order details.
