Steam table hot pot - you choose your noodles, your ingredients and your soup base and they prepare it for you. Fresh ingredients are fairly limited - cabbage, book choy, lettuce and broccoli. Fresh, hot, and spicy!! So delicious and warming on a cold winter day and it’s also great in the summer with a nice cold beer! Delivery is always fast, and my order is correct and on time every time. This is NOT like regular soup, all of the broth is not meant to be eaten; this is Asian Hot Pot or MaLaTang, similar to French fondue, the broth the food cooks in is not meant to be eaten. Soo obsessed with their malatang broth! It's very flavorful with a nice kick of spice. Malatang is similar to hotpot, but everything is together in a bowl - you're own personal hotpot! I always crave it at least once a week and often make it at home but my broth is never as good as theirs. I like that the price isn't by weight and you can make your own bowl, Chiptole-style.
