“I had a catering order, the team was awesome. I even had trouble with my company card going through and they were patient and completely put the customer first. Best service I have received in a long time. I definitely recommend this location for all catering needs. Both Kaylee and Kaitlyn were fantastic!“

“We have been experiencing a multi-day power outage, and I wanted to say that the staff in this Panera have been exceptional. It is much busier than usual due to many people (including me) trying to work, and they have been very accommodating and kind. I used to work at a different Panera location and was very impressed with the staff here.“

“Ordered online and everything came fresh, hot, and accurate . I was just a little disappointed with the breakfast sandwiches .there wasn't an option in the group order to modify or add anything, so they were a little dry and harder to eat . I thought the baguette was a lot different too then I remembered . I didn't like it as much .it was my first time trying the avocado toast and I did not like it all . Maybe it's just me? But idk it kinda reminded me of the prepacked frozen half of avocados that aren't the best quality in my opinion. But overall not bad. I would order something from here again. Surprisingly the garden caprese melt was my favorite sandwich 🥪.“

“Standard Panera food with regards to flavor and options, but good portion sizes and very friendly staff! While this location can get busy, you still receive your order in a timely fashion, the staff is working hard. This Panera is a bit out of my way compared to another location, but I prefer to come here because of the difference in quality and care. The salad I got last week was constructed really well with generous portions of fruit and chicken, a very stand out experience compared to ordering the same salad at other locations. The staff member who took my order accidentally forgot to apply my coupon, and she very quickly fixed the situation and gave me a complimentary cookie, which was lovely considering the speed and kindness with which the coupon situation was resolved was excellent by itself.“

This location is always so inclusive, warm and welcoming. The crew they have there is always kind and helpful. It really is a joy to stop in for lunch with my husband and not have anyone give us anything but kindness.

“I visit this location 1 or twice a month and today's visit was above par. It was a great way to start my day! Lynne took care of me! She greeted me right away and was quick to take my order, bag my bakery items, ring me up and get me on my way! Thanks a bunch Lynne“

“This is a good, quiet, clean Panera. I only had an iced tea and sat there and held a business meeting. There were other groups and small meetings going on and the place was quiet enough to hold a conversation and large enough so no one was too close by.“

“My girls and I came out for a little brunch date when some man, looked maybe 50-60 year old started taking pictures of us. He has been known for doing this here and surrounding areas in McCandless Crossing/McKnight. A worker Maria was on break and kindly took us out of view from him as we were unaware of the situation. He conveniently left when we got up and she gave us free cookies for the inconvenience. He is know for taking pictures of kids too so please be aware out in these areas!! Thank you Maria you are an amazing and brilliant woman!“

“I had an experience this week that completely restored my faith in people.

On Monday, I lost my wallet and searched everywhere with no luck. I was convinced it was gone for good. Today, I stopped into Panera at the Waterworks and unbelievably, they had it.

Not only was it safely returned, but nothing was missing. Every dollar was still there.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the whole interaction. Their honesty and integrity really stood out, and it meant a lot to me.

Moments like this remind you there’s still a lot of good in the world. Huge thank you to the team at Panera Waterworks I truly appreciate“

“Very rustic. Cozy lower level for dining and socializing, while the barn upstairs is large space for kids to play or for entertainment. Lower level entrance is handicap accessible.

There is a nice long bar to set up a buffet.“

“This is my favorite panera. Seeing some of the negative reviews blows my mind! I very often come in after the gym. Very easy to hit my protein goal and get tons of nutrients. I always get the pick2. I'm kind of a pain 😅 but I do tip for the trouble every time. I change bread and dressing and sauce and add the max of veggies and toppings. Never have I ever had this location forget anything or act like I was a pain. They're always polite and professional. Portions are amazing and quality is great. This one is my favorite location by far.
