“The place is perfect for a comfort lunch, dinner or breakfast. Food is so consistently delicious that I am kind of surprised. The restaurant is clean, well taken care of and well-staffed. Staff if mostly younger people, very pleasant to talk to and I can see that their work environment is good. The dining area is clean and pleasant. Bathrooms are in great state. I highly recommend this location to other people, as it has well served my needs!“

“This is a nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff and generally good food. (One of my few bad experiences was an unripened avocado on my chipotle chicken avocado sandwich.)My one complaint is they keep the thermostat very low, in both summer and winter. In summer, I’ve been there when they had their fireplace on but the ac on so low to the extent that I had to wear a coat I happened to have in my car. I’ve mentioned this to staff a few times, but it’s always the same. And it’s not just me. I see others eating with their coats on as well. Maybe they don’t want people staying more than the time it takes to finish their food?Anyway, also a waste if money on electricity that they could use for better things than to freeze out customers.“

“Uncharacteristically slow today. One person trying to take care of all the front-end customers is short-sighted. Someone from the back should have come out to help her. The server in the front was doing her best, but having only 2 arms and 2 legs left her quite busy. Do better for your employees, Panera!“

“Today I came to Boulevard of the Allies spot of Panera as usual for my lunch then there was slightly misunderstanding after I placed order. They put the wrong bread instead tomato basil bread. But employees, environment, even customers are so genuinely engaging with each others. And one of the employee brought me this package while eating my sandwich. He prepared the same order with tomato basil bread. And he apologized and gave it to me. I felt embarrassed for a moment on the other hand I glad to pick this spot for having my lunch. They created family atmosphere behind of the country and with the every each customer. I love that! I wanna say thank you one more time! Thanks for making my day happy!“

“My daughters who are eight and nine years old both wanted Panera for lunch today while we were shopping. We were excited to see that it was back open! I am not a big fan of kiosk ordering but we gave it a try. I was surprised to see that they were all out of grilled cheese sandwiches as my daughter really wanted that with tomato soup. I stuck my head around the corner to ask if they were really out and the woman in the back was amazing. She said that she needed to check a few things real quick and she would be right back with me. She came out and discovered that someone had turned it off of online ordering and she got it put back on and then came around and actually took our order face-to-face. We got the duet of grilled cheese and tomato soup which was what we wanted as well as some mac & cheese with a baguette. The girls loved their lunch and that team member made our day! We also had a reward for a cookie which was wonderful as well. Great job Panera team! It's hard to describe the atmosphere as it's in the food court but it was nice and calm there today.“

“Very pleasant experience. I came in and was waited on right away by Dorothy and greeted with a smile. She made sure to check if I had a Panera rewards membership. I had a question and a special request with my sandwich. She was detailed with her responses, making sure I got what I wanted, no mistakes. I got a latte, too, and she let me know I could get a pastry for 99 cents. I wasn't sure what I would get, so, she walked me over to what was available. I got sold on the pumpkin muffin (yes, already excited for fall). When we were done, she reminded me not to forget to pick up my latte and where to go to pick up my order. I was debating on going to the Panera Bread in Bethel Park or this one in Pleasant Hills. I am glad I chose the Pleasant Hills location. Everyone I encountered on top of Dorothy were professional and nice, too.“

“Honestly, I haven't eaten here but I am a member of the Sip Club and the coffee is delicious. I am one of those people who like their coffee sickening sweet...lots of flavored creamer. Anyway, their iced coffee is so good w just a little bit of sugar and half n half. Furthermore, I have been doing my homework here because it's more peaceful than at home...even with the hustle and bustle of lunchtime. I sit in the back and and get my school work done. The store is quite clean, the employees are friendly, and the bathrooms are clean as well. All in all, it's a great place.“

“The employees were just wonderful. I got the whole turkey bravo sandwich and bowl of broccoli and cheese soup. Both were really fresh and delicious. My fiance got whole classic grilled cheese and bowl of creamy tomato soup. The sandwich was amazing so good. But the soup seemed liked it was missing something and it wasn't very hot.“

“Food is always good quality and when the coffee is fresh, you can't go wrong. But it's not always fresh (it was this time). The was a small crowd for early afternoon on a Saturday but they didn't respond by opening another register until the line was touching the door.“

“Not bad, not bad at all! This location is usually filled with students, but it's surprisingly not at all chaotic. The team here knows what to expect and cranks everyone's orders out nice and quickly. I haven't had any problems with my orders, and I really enjoy the renovations they made recently. The area is light, well-lit, and comfortable. They keep everything clean, so that really makes dining in pleasant. I love the way they warm their cookies too - they're always just a little gooey and chewy. If that's not your favorite, no worries. All the more for gooey cookie lovers like me!“

“I truly like this Panera. It's large and has plenty of space and comfortable seats for working. Almost every table has a plug! The staff is always friendly and fun and it's a pleasure to enter the place and find someone smiling at me. It's one of my usual spots when I'm in the area.Parking is a bit tricky. It's limited on the street and it's 1hr or 15 minutes. The parking garage has the first 2hrs free during the week and then gets quite expensive. After 5pm during the week and on the weekend the first 3hrs are free.“

“I was there on Tuesday, November 7 at 12:30pm and watched Sarah (Sara? spelling), Jodi R, and every single person on that shift. I was sitting there with my 7 month old for 20ish minutes waiting in the busy lunch rush, screen filled with names, watching these workers kick butt and knock orders out like superheroes with a line out the door. Everyone on this shift deserves a raise, an award, and beyond in recognition, you have a phenomenal team in place and they need to be known. Thank you for what y'all did, everything was delicious as a bonus! :)“
