As another patron noted, the staff didn't seem all too keen to indulge in free-chat. I too felt a bit burdensome for no apparent reason other than being older than the common lot. But the space makes up for it and some of the beer was very good. I definitely look forward to returning. It seems to me that there's a lot of weird class resentment in Pittsburgh. I have never been here for the beer, but I love it as a coffee shop. It's always quiet, beautiful, lots of plants, great service, and good coffee from people who care about what they're doing. The fireplace is a particularly nice touch with the cold weather.I've been a number of times and will keep going!
