“Their Chicago deep dish pizza is just like I remembered when I spent several months in Chicago for training. The dough had a nice crispy edge with a soft inside and the sauce was excellent and was generously applied over the toppings. This was my first Grandslam pizza and it was tremendous. “Awesome little pizza place! Family owned and they are the nicest people too! Fantastic Sicilian pizza. Been there since 1959! Order by the cut or the whole 16 cut pizza. That's the only thing on the menu, but it's amazing. Try the hot sausage and sweet peppers. Take it home and bake it yourself or have them bake.. If you like Sicilian pizza, you have to try it! The hot sausage is HOT but homemade and SO good!“

Ok fine, she's not really a queen, she just threatens to throw me in the dungeon if I don't order from Meglio's. My only issue is I need them to add an item to their menu. There are nicotine patches to help those with a nicotine addiction. I need some Meglio's patches so I can slap one on my neck when Meglio's is closed. I'd hate to cause problems in my neighborhood, you know, local flooding due to me slobbering while craving Meglio's.“

“I’ve been to this place about 10 times in the past 2-3 yrs. I got a kennywood pass & today suggested it to my husband I wanted to order it to go. I also ordered my grandparents a few slices cause they’re a big fan of square pizza. It’s a cash only place with an ATM.
First of all a boy about 10 yrs old was hanging out outside and followed me in. They said I had a few more mins to wait & to kill time I started looking at photo albums on a rack. The boy came over & knew all the history to these old photos. He was such a smart, sweet, polite young man!
She told me the price & I said I had to run out to the car for the rest of $$ because I was $7 short, she told not to worrry about it& gave me a bunch of bananas. I just can’t believe how awesome this family is. The boy was the grandson of the original owners.
You just instantly felt welcomed here. The pizza is amazing!! I have an Italian hoagie here I didn’t even try yet but it smells and looks amazing. It just feels loved. It’s definitely underrated. They are are open Thursday-Saturday 4-8pm. Hours are weird but worth the accommodation. The world is hard and cold. This place almost made me cry with a simple interaction with this family & the regular customers there.“

“We were in the area and wanted to have pizza night. I looked at local places and saw that Bishop's was a full star higher than the surrounding pizza chains.
We got 1 pizza and an order of garlic wings. The crust was incredible! We were concerned that the 8 inch pie would be small but it was filling and just right.
The wings were CRISPY and cooked to perfection (I can't stand soggy wings and they were not soggy). I'm so happy to have randomly found this pizza joint, and we will definitely be returning!“
