This Wendy's has been pretty good to me for the most part. Been a time or two when it was randomly closed or an extremely long wait time but the food is always good.
Three out of four special orders are usually wrong. No matter how many times you tell them.
We went in for lunch today and Mellissa helped us. I was with a 100-year old, using a walker and Mellissa offered to help us taking our food to the table and to hold the door as we were leaving. A very caring and compassionate employee towards the elderly. She even gave us free frosties. We will remember her the next time we go back. Thanks, Mellissa!
Wendy's is a reliable spot with good food, despite occasional closures and long wait times. The staff, including Mellissa, are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure customers are satisfied. Despite being short-staffed and underpaid, the employees work hard and appreciate tips. With attentive service and a caring approach, Wendy's is a positive dining experience.
