“I took my nephew here today and he passed out on the car ride there and it’s mid nap time I did not want to wake him up and the young girl behind the counter Olivia was so sweet she even brought the food and water ice out to the car because I didn’t want to wake him up just to grab the food! Every single time I’m there it’s always an amazing experience all the workers are very sweet. A friend and I just went there two days ago for some water ice and another amazing Experience! Plus they definitely have the best water ice and food!!!! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t been there before you need to go and check it out!!!! “I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.“

“Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. And, similar to another review, we stopped in one day just as they were closing, and they were friendly, and offered us what they had left at the end of the day.“

“I placed an order through DD an I was very disappointed with my order. I called DD they offered me a 5$ credit. Really though DD after spending what I did. Meanwhile I wasn't happy with my 5$ results I called the store spoke to "Diddy" and she provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciate that!“

“This location bakes their pretzels properly - crisp and golden brown. I go out of my way to get them here as my local Philly Pretzel stores undercook theirs. You would think a franchise would have more consistency. The Lansdale operation is a role model for the others.“

“Service wise, this place gets five stars. I needed a bunch of pretzels for a work event, called them the day before and they had 100 pretzels ready for me at the time I picked them up. Hot and ready to go with a fair price. I'm not the biggest fan of the overall franchise and I think there are much better pretzels out there. Still, I'd go to Philly Pretzel Factory when I am craving a pretzel. It does the job.“
